Now we look to usher in a new class of homebrewers looking to make that transition. While their locations and styles may vary, they all have the same goal in mind; producing quality beer for all of us to enjoy, one day.

We had a beer catastrophe with our Diving Elk Pale Ale. But don’t worry, we have a tasty replacement! Going Away IIPA is a hazy double india pale ale with loads of El Dorado, Azacca, Mosaic, and Columbus hops. Stop by The Diving Elk tonight to try it!
Watch for details on when we will have The Diving Elk Pale Ale on tap after the first of the year.

What do you think of our new shirts?!? The design is our 🍻 beer label for an imperial pastry stout brewed with cocoa, vanilla and caramel named #CassiusKing! Inspired by the 100 grand candy bar! We have a few left that haven’t been claimed if anyone would want to snag one before they are gone! #lemur #lemursunite

Rod Wellman won Best of Show at the Iowa State Fair home brew competition with his Cream Ale!! A style of beer that easily exposes flaws. This is a perfect and easy drinking beer.
Rod will be assisting with brewing tasks at the brewery. We look forward to bringing this beer and many more to your hand. Congrats Rod!!

Great bloopers with Grandpa Ray! He is 90 and still lives at home alone! He's a #firecracker just like me

Will you be at the Iowa Craft Brew Fest this Saturday in Des Moines? Stop inside the The Iowa Taproom and cool down with us. We will start at 1pm and we will serve until we run out. We will be pouring samples of Preparation & Lost in Space Juice.

Preparation is a blonde sour fermented with our proprietary mix of wild yeast & bacteria. This Loess Hills Farmhouse series beer is conditioned on a mix of cherries, blackberries, & raspberries.

Lost in SpaceJuice is a NE IPA brewed with a mix of hops that make this beer out of this world. Rod included a generous combo of Galaxy and Comet hops. This is a must try and the debut of this beer!

We had a great weekend of brewing! Erik brewed more gold base sour, and Rod experimented with a porter brewed with a very dark & flavorful local honey. #marto #suxbeer #iowabeer
