I watched an employee dump my mocha frappe into another cup. I just figured the cup got messy or something but after I drove away I realized she & another employee had poured a small topped with whipp...ed cream into a medium cup & topped with whipped cream again to try & cover it. It wouldn’t hurt them but I’ll never go back. Worst manager service! Refused to give her name and the head manager name for food replacement because they messed up!

We waited in the drive through for more than 25 minutes shortly after midnight last night. There was about twelve other cars in line at the same time. We ordered a couple of burgers and fries and one ...hotcakes. The fries were so stale we didn't even bother to eat them. The staff was slow, completely unphased at the poor quality of the food and rude when we complained about the wait. We won't be back. See More

I am so disappointed! What is up with the breakfast deal of serving it all day? I love their McChicken biscuit but was told that was not one of the breakfast items they are not serving. I don't best n...eed or pork so that is my go to biscuit from McDonald's. If you are not going to serve all breakfast items then don't advertise like you are. Epic fail!!!!! See More

My friend and I have just had an awful experience here today. Weve never had an incident like this at any Mcdonalds before. These people were the most rude, disrespectful and racist people we have eve...r met/seen in any fast food restaurant. Will not be going back. The manager sat there and watched as this was going on and was just as rude. See More

Not very happy with this location. We stopped here for a bday party thinking that when we found out our motorcycle helmet was stolen from our bike parked in the front of the store the Manger or someon...e could help us and all they could say is go to the police dept. For one we live in East bend and being there is a helmet law in NC I would think they would have been more helpful in this matter. We can't ride around looking for someone to help. Ridiculous that people get away with stealing at this location and no one offered any help. See More

Do not go here for a late night snack!!! We have been in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Terrible customer service. And we aren't the only victims of this nightmare.
