OMG! Why do you allow people to purchase tickets at face value and then resell them on your site for $900 each????? it's John Fogerty and ZZ Top!!! It's not Paul McCartney!! This has to stop. You've... become Deep State of ticket sales! This is gouging at it's best and the Attorney General needs to look into this for sure. I'll bring it to his attention at our next meeting. You are allowing Rock N Roll highway robbery.... what's next.... selling drugs at the door if they paid for a gouged ticket? Deplorable in every sense of the meaning. I'm not some kid... I'm 65 and I work hard for my money. See More

Great venue love to see show here after repeated horrible experience in Bangor I will happily travel to NH staff is polite and friendly. The venue has nice clean restrooms. Food and beverage choices ...are plentiful and the parking is well organized. I can't say enough good things about NH pavilion. Thanks for great experience always we will be back over and over. I attended the Chicago concert on Saturday, September 30th. We arrived a little late, so parking and getting through security was quick and easy. But the real five star behaviour is that for the time I've ever seen, the ushers actually responded to the complaints of some unhappy patrons. They came over and talked to the half dozen drunks in the row in front of us and made them sit down and stop flailing their arms around and sloshing their drinks on/bumping into other patrons. Good job! They probably should have been cut off a little earlier, though - they kept coming back with fresh drinks way after they were staggering and slurring. See More

The concert and the way everything was set up was great my biggest thing purchasing the tickets. We were looking online for tickets and it said it was $18 dollars with fees for electronic tickets, to almost $40. We decided we would go there so we didn’t have to pay the $40, until we get there and it is still $40. It isn’t a huge amount to pay just wish it would have said it previously. I went in with enough cash for the tickets and my moms card, and I couldn’t pay for the tickets with my moms card. This created a hassle to get the money and would have been so much more enjoyable for the three of us that went. See More

I attended the @[1080350898700789:Pretty Lights Live] 2 day event. I purchased the backstage VIP package for me and my girlfriend. I loved the two hour open bar both nights. The gentleman front and c...enter running security the first night was very pleasant. I caught him dancing several times and helped people with things they dropped over the rail. The second day... just over an hour before the backstage tour my girlfriend lost her VIP ticket which we paid a fair amount for. At first the staff said due to us purchasing the tickets from a 3rd party that we were out of luck and had to miss out on night two. Well, after talking to everyone that recognized us from night one, they were able to print her out a ticket by seeing mine. So, I must say... that the staff is awesome, super friendly, very helpful, and overall the best I've ever seen at an event. The gentleman from the pretty lights crew told us on the tour that the Bank of NH Pavilion treated them sooo well that they felt like they were on a mini vacation the whole time they were there. So... in closing, i cant wait for next year. I had an amazing time. The only thing I wish was a bit better, was the VIP viewing area... Everyone was allowed in there even though they just had GA. But other than that.. Top notch. Till next year. See More

3 shows this year. Styx, REO & Felder on 8/1; Alabama on 9/09 and Eric Church 9/21. As always, fantastic experience! My wife and I absolutely love Bank of NH Pavilion. Having a venue like this so clos...e to home is amazing! We've been attending for several years and have seen the improvements made from one year to the next. All aspects of the venue continue to improve. From parking to concessions to vendors to restrooms to everything! The only regret is the season isn't longer! Can't wait for next Spring and new concert announcements! Keep up the great work!! See More

My friend and I travelled from Canada to see Eric Church. He was as always so worth the drive! First time to this area and to the NH Pavilion We were so impressed, loved it! So nice to have a venu...e surrounded by trees rather than highways and concrete. This is the most efficient venue I have been to for a concert. And all of the staff we dealt with were very polite, pleasant and helpful. Phyliss, the washroom attendant is the best! We plan to be back. See More

Came up from the Boston area roughly 2 hour drive to see Eric Church on Friday. I camped over which was awesome no need for a DD. Plenty of clean porta potties in the camping area and lots of fun peop...le. I have been to many concert venues around the country and this was by far one of the cleanest well run venues, and had the nicest staff I have encountered so far. Look forward to coming back up next summer for a lot of concerts!!!! See More

Have been to three concerts over the recent years. Concerts were all good (Tedeschi Trucks a couple years ago, Don Henley, and last weekend Chicago). Concerts were all great and venue was just fine! H...ave learned to get to general parking early, plan on the usual high prices once inside, and hope there is no gabby drunk sitting behind you (as during Henley). I * think* the jumbotrons are bigger this year. (And they could be bigger.) Hope to go back again next year if scheduling allows. Thanks! See More

I love going to this venue for shows. It is clean. It is well set up and user friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful. I certainly don't mind the high price for the drinks. And yes I usually have a or two once I am inside. I personally think it helps to deter people from getting completely bombed inside the venue. Party it up in the parking lot. Sober it up while you enjoy a great show. And then drive home sober without worrying about check points.

Ticket prices can be a little high. But I am willing to pay it because what I save in gas, travel and parking to go to Manchester or Boston is more then worth the few dollars extra I may pay here.

We recently started attending concerts at this venue and we love it. John Mellencamp is personal favorite of mine and he put on a very good show. The next show we went to was Eric Church (had tickets ...for another show but had to sell them due to another commitment).
The Eric Church show was EXCELLENT ! The chief was on top of his game with his version of country rock ! He had the place jumping from start to finish.
Great job on booking these artists ! Keep it up !

Went to see Eric Church, the acoustics and lighting was awesome. The Chief was great.
The venue is fantastic and should be a model for all other outdoor concert events. The staff and the cleanliness ...are second to none. Oh, and it's nice to be able to get out of the parking lot before the sun comes up too! See More

My favorite venue by far. Easy to move around and the traffic is relatively quick moving coming and going. Not really a bad seat under the roof! Sound quality is great!

We only sit in the Dreaming Tree Club now, as the regular seating is very crowded and not policed very well for people standing up or smoking. It's very aggravating to have people who disrespect ever...yone around them by lighting up a joint right next to you. We're searched at the gate for everything else but that apparently. The only complaint I have about DTC is the prices, holy smokes. I understand profit margins as we run our own company, but BNHP takes the cake on price gouging. I see other people commenting about it, I see BNHP responding with platitudes and "feel good" pats on the back. What I don't see is any change in what they are doing. It does limit how many shows we choose to go to. See More

The whole show was great. The facility is the best, clean, people were friendly including the staff, just a fun night. I feel sorry for the people that had too much to drink, they missed a great sho...w. Even though Sam Adams restaurant was short staffed, the food was excellent. The staff didn't let the issues get to them, they remained friendly and informative. See More
