Meat and Vegetarian Menu
Happy to increase the vegetarian and vegan options with demand for them.

CURRENT MENU

...

GRILLED BACON MAC AND CHEESE sandwich (lots of bacon and lots of cheese with a rotini/spiral pasta)

PULLED PORK IN ASIAN/CITRUS SAUCE sandwich with purple cabbage slaw

HOT HAWAIIAN sandwich, shredded chicken in a coconut mango habanero sauce with asiago cheese and mango salsa

GREEN EGGS AND HAM TACOS (generally a lunch item)
eggs, ham, roasted hatch green chilies and cilantro, cheese optional

VEGETARIAN CHOICES

BLACK BEAN TACOS seasoned black beans with rice, tomato, avocado, cheese optional, available with corn tortillas on request (VEGAN without the cheese)

POBLANO AND SWEET CORN LASAGNA layers of poblano peppers, zucchini, onions and lasagna noodles with a sweet corn sauce, and mozzarella cheese

POTATO CASSEROLE double layers of potatoes, mushrooms, onions, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and cheese slow cooked for a blend of flavors
