Introducing a new line of traditional Russian cakes, those which have gained fame and popularity worldwide!
The first in this collection is "Napoleon", which is made with up to 16 layers of crispy pastry filled with a vanilla custard cream, in essence this is a Russian version of the well known "Vanilla slice", and it sure is worth a try!

One of the few recipes which our chef has mastered after completing a patisserie course in the “Lenôtre” Parisian gastronomic school this December.
