This past Thursday over 160 visitors attended our Leadership Symposium showcasing our school as "The Leader in Me School." Students, as tour guides took the visitors to the classrooms. Visitors were very impressed with how the students were empowered to be leaders and shared their leadership notebooks. They enjoyed how the students led the symposium. Visitors also commented that they were very impressed that the students took control to initiate learning and how warm and engaging our students were. Way to go MBP students!

Myrtle Beach High School Athletics and MBP, MBE, and MBI School Improvement Councils presents "Bring Light to the Community" , Wednesday, November 15th from 5pm to 8pm with free admission and free concessions. Come celebrate all the great resources the Myrtle Beach community has to offer as we kickoff the 2017-2018 Basketball season.

The High School Seahawks shared their "Team Spirit" with the Students at MBP before their game with Marlboro County on Friday. These MBP children loved, loved, loved it! Thank you MBHS Band, Cheerleaders and Football Players!

Red Nose Day is almost here! Our Red Nose Day at MBP is Thursday, May 18th. You will be able to get your red nose for $1 Tues. the 16th, Wed. the 17th, and Thurs. the 18th this week.

The classes of Ms. Martin and Ms. Clark enjoyed a trip to the TV station, Children's Museum, and Ben and Jerry's.

Myrtle Beach Primary's Red Nose Day will be Thursday, May 18th. We will begin selling red noses for $1 on Tuesday, May 16th. Your student will be bringing more information home with him/her this week. Look for more information and get involved because "Every Dollar Counts".

Oops...we made an error on one of our signs! We are human and it is being fixed. Anyway, we hope you find them helpful!

Mrs. Thomas' class learned a lot and had a blast at Playcard Environmental Center! Some of our favorite parts were walking down the braille trail and catching crawfish!
