Already a luxurious gym with all the equipment and classes/personal training but here’s the difference: I walked in for a class with no power at my house. The Owner greets me and asks me if I have po...wer and when I tell him “no” says you should take advantage of our showers. The shower has dressing rooms, lockers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryers, mirrors. Amazing experience when you have not had hot water or heat for 4 days. Thank you NRG! See More

I love this place. Everyone here is about one thing; helping you do your best. They are supportive and will go out of their way to make sure that happens, every time. The facilities are kept clean, sa...fe, and comfortable. Repairs and updates are done in a timely manor to keep ahead of the members needs. You need to see this place. See More

I can’t say enough good things about the spa here. Heather is awesome. I had the BEST facial with her. My skin has never felt or looked better. Highly recommend! She offers many different services and... does such a great job tailoring to meet your needs. See More

What a great gym!!! Top notch equipment, friendly and helpful staff, clean 1st class locker rooms. Love it! Just a little pricey for me to justify as a regular place to train. Thanks for the great work out! 😉

NRG is without a doubt the best gym around.
Top notch facility with great classes including my favorite-CardioSport, awesome trainers/instructors, staff, and members. I've been a
member for over two ...years and there are so many people
who have inspired me to be a stronger, more confident woman.
A huge shout-out to my personal trainer, Dan Nelson, who has worked with
me for the past two years on building my strength and always pushing me past my limits.
At 40 years old, I'm in the best shape of my life...and I've also made some really great friends!

You come to a good local gym, disrupt the membership with plans to create a boutique gym, drive off the longtime trainers by telling them that they have to adopt your training methods, start renovatio...ns further interrupting people's daily training programs and then after destroying the business, you walk away leaving the previous owner to clean up the mess. I hope you get your asses sued!!! See More

Pilates for golfers

Are you looking to improve your golf fitness?
In this class, through the scope of Pilates, Claire will address how to access your core and the body mechanics that feed your golf swing. You will work on rotation in the thoracic spine, power and stability of the hips, and conditioning the shoulder girdle for strength and range. The goal, as always, is to find balance between flexibility and stability while moving in a sequential pattern.
Join us in the Mi...nd/Body studio on Saturday May 26 at 9 am for this pop-up class.
Get ready to learn useful exercises to bring to the tee box!
