A dear friends daughter worked there along with several other young people who worked hard. After they closed due to damage from the storm they were all fired b...y text and not paid! Do NOT frequent this place. If you were one of those unfortunate people who was ripped off by these people please do not be afraid to file a complaint and a small claims court lawsuit for your pay. What happened to this place?! I took some work friends there recently after telling them about the good times I have had at the restaurant. I told them about th...e playboy roll, the corona and other favorites my friends and I have enjoyed in the past. Unfortunately, at naked tchopstix, the past is DEFINITELY the past. The new Naked Tchopstix is about your wallet and nothing else. The service was attentive, and this new system is not their fault. However, they have raised their prices to such outlandish prices, I expected to walk out the door and be standing in south beach or enjoying fresh fish from the pacific in San Diego. However, I'm still in Indiana where I can go to a far superior sushi joint about a mile and a half away at 71st and keystone and pay half the amount. Naked Tchopstix has effectively eliminated the value they provided before as a trendy, cutting edge sushi place by raising their prices on everything to ridiculous levels. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they had an affinity for wasting money and mediocre sushi. I miss the old Naked Tchopstix like I miss old Kanye... عرض المزيد

Horrible service. We had a reservation for a large party. 2 hours later, most of us had no food, others had their checks. Sushi was mediocre at best. Never going back.

First and foremost the bartenders don't know how to make standard drinks like an old fashioned or a French martini. Second, they rose their prices an absurd amount and it was fairly pricey to begin with. This used to be my favorite sushi place but will never go back now.

A group of friends and I went to dinner on a week night. The dinning experience started well. The service was a little slow but we were in no rush. They had rec...ently updated their menu. To our surprise, prices had gone up. Roughly $20 a roll. That's a little steep. So we decided to order a few between us and told the server we wanted to split them. One person got an entree also. Ok no problem. The sushi took a while. Then it came out a few at a time. We did not receive the the entree until everyone was finished with the sushi. We hang out for a while. We ask for our checks and they are completely wrong. Things were not split like asked. We talked to the server. The server says she can't do that. We have all been in the industry and that's ridiculous. So we speak to the manager. The manager starts bad mouthing the owner b.c they have this crappy system and they cannot split items. He doesn't want to put any money into it. We say that's fine but not our problem. This is something we should have been made aware of. She says she will do her best to figure out what we want. At this point with everything that has happened we are not happy. 20 min later our server brings out "revised checks". This is just 4 checks mind you, not a huge party. Here is what I have so far. These are the items I need someone to pay for. What?! Lol. We ask to talk to the manager again. Sorry she cannot speak to you because they are having and employee meeting! The paying customers have an issue could not talk to the general manager because the employees took precedence over the paying customers. We figure out how we are going to split the final items and just pay. We get it and there is gratuity added to the check because there were six of is. All in all a horrible experience and we not any friends and family will ever done there again.

To follow up, one friend called the manager when she got home because her Togo food she got for her husband was horrible after us having to wait for so long. She said she would issue a full refund. Another friend called and complained the next day. The manager basically said she did not care. It was our fault and to tell everyone to stop calling because Naked Chopsticks is not doing anything to resolve your issues.

Over priced. HORRIBLE management. Not worth it at all. So many other sushi places in broad ripple to go. GO there. Trust me. عرض المزيد

I think it's a great place to be if you want to eat some great sushi and have casual laid back time! Come in and ask for Shauna for some lunch! Bento box and Asian wraps are great if your not in the mood for only sushi! See you there.

If I could give this no stars I would. I used to come here ALL the time. Came in today and waited 30 minutes for one roll when I was the only guest. The roll I ...normally get used to be $15....now it is $24. An absolute rip off. The cheap kimonos that the wait staff are wearing are absolutely ridiculous. The staff was eating at the host stand and then touching table cloths. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. عرض المزيد

1.5-2 yrs ago my wife had a dime size piece of glass in her salad and she unfortunately almost swallowed it. Mgr "graciously" took 10% off our bill. We were ...a party of four and prob spent 150ish. This was the Northside 96th street location. The Broad Ripple one is great. NVR will we go back to the 96th street restuarant. Absolutely ridiculous!!! عرض المزيد

Andy and Chris at 96th are awesome dudes, and the food was on point. Don't bother with the other places, just go here first and save yourself the time and trouble.
