Almost 60 years ago Whitcomb and Morris kicked off the modern creation-science movement when they published their hypothesis of how the rocks of the earth were all formed during a global flood. They created a graduate school to teach "flood geology" and train future generations of flood geologists. They believed that the evident truth of their hypothesis would convince their secular and Christian colleagues to follow them. The creation-science movement they began has gained many followers in the church but how has if fared with respect to generating future generations of creation-scientists doing research on flood geology?
