Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving to you all and your families. We all have a lot to be thankful for. Seeing what has happened on the coast I think we have more to be thankful for than we realize. With your help we all made a difference. Remember a stranger is just a friend you have not met yet.

Mission accomplished! Supplies delivered to victims of Hurricane Sandy via the The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Members of Northern Berkshire Hurricane Relief returned safely to their doorsteps. Meanwhile, Wayne Piaggi just keeps on truckin'!

Thank you, EVERYONE, for sharing of your time, talents, and treasure. This was a community effort!!

Northern Berkshire Hurricane Relief added 12 new photos to the album: Donation Days — with Lisa Trombley and 3 others.

Non perishable food items, as well as cleaners, rakes, brooms, hammers, dust masks, rubber gloves, contractors bags, boots and water proof shoes are necessities at this time. Volunteers spent the morning separating and boxing up food and supplies for Superstorm Sandy victims in New Jersey. ADAMS, Mass. —...

Just a suggestion from Jersey Officials of much needed items: of course food is essential, but these items are desperately needed as well!!

Thank you, Alison Lyons, for pointing this out.

We had another great day of gathering donations yesterday. Thank you, everyone, who helped out and pitched in.

Northern Berkshire Hurricane Relief will back at the Adams Forest Wardens Building next weekend, from 9 AM to 12 PM on both Saturday and Sunday.

Please remember that the The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties needs *non-perishable food items* most of all. We will *not* be accepting clothing donations next weekend.

Thank you again for your support!
