I don't know what these guys are dressed in the white overalls and red ohs shirts are but they are so disrespectful in public as we sat down to eat dinner st what a burger they were cussing and and I just don't think they should support a school and act like that See More

My OHS years were some of the best years of my life. Still in close touch with many of the '59 graduate friends. Fun times at Balmorea, the Sand Hills and travels of the ""Thundering 13!

You need to have a school assembly or something to inform your students who drive that the intersection at 13th and Whitaker is NOT a 4-way stop... 13th street has to stop at the sign, Whitaker has NO... STOP SIGN. I was almost hit by one of your students who doesn't know how to properly follow traffic rules! See More

I went to school there. Yep, it's pay for that lunch or bring lunch with you...that's what I had to do back in 1970. Not a bad school, really, could have done much worse. I think they need to improve ...their course offerings but otherwise, when I went there one didn't get 'out of line' for long. ECISD keeps this school up with the rest of Texas. It was good when I went. See More

And yet they start school two weeks late & kids' schedules are all messed up! Why the heck didn't counselors and staff have all schedules correct in that two week time frame so when kids started schoo...l it would go smoothly? And kids could actually get an education thru ecisd??? Oh, and not to mention day 2 of school and no counselors are available at the beginning of school??? See More

January 30 was a big day for Odessa High School. An outside team spent the day on campus evaluating OHS’s AVID program. The review was positive and the school got the good news: it has been revalidated as an AVID National Demonstration School for three more years, a distinction that goes to only about 1% of AVID schools nationwide.
