A little reminder for #mhawnz! When you're on social media think about curating your space so it works for you. Reflect on the content you see, and how it makes you feel. Spend some time away from the outrage machine and try to limit your doomscrolling. Schedule regular breaks away from your screens and devices, talk to people in person, explore creativity outside the digital world and remember to breathe, drink water, and recharge in nature. It's important to balance our time online with other fun activities offline. Ka pai!
