    We know the legalization community and the legislatures are going to tax cannabis. We dont support any taxation of this plant. However, if they are going to tax it anyways the least we can do is demand that NO NEW or CANNABIS SPECIFIC TAX b...e created. We already have tax codes that cover the buying AND selling of groceries,foods and other commodities of this type. Just say no to any cannabis specific taxes. The community will gain enough off the already existing tax codes, as well as the taxes regained by not enforcing and incarcerating people for cannabis offenses.

Hello, Mr/Mrs __________ I'm calling today to ask for your support to de-schedule cannabis/hemp/marijuana from the Oklahoma Controlled Substances act and to exempt it from the act like coffee,nicotine,alcohol and other consumable substances. Please stop wasting our money and time as well as the tax payers money by having us fight this unconstitutional battle with the State & Feds. Stop the constant erosion and violation of our rights through this unwanted and unjust war on a plant. Work to release the imprisoned and have their records expunged and done away with. Please proceed with the State Nullification process. Nullify the Prohibition of Cannabis now. I want my natural,lawful and unalienable right to this plant, my health, my mind ,my body and my soul be completely restored.     These are the 5 Oklahoma state senators in committee who RECOMMENDED SB 618 to pass. If that bill passes, the only thing is required to take your DNA is for the cop to say he's arresting you on weed possession w/intent to distribute (even i...f its a mistaken arrest or no charges). They creating DNA Govt databases of innocent folks. And if they beat you asses & you get bruised up, all they gotta say "RESISTING ARREST", as SB616 says that's legitimate enough to take your DNA.     Just got kicked off, banned and my comment deleted from the 'Support SB 2116' event Page. For simply asking people read it before they throw support behind it. I mean what kind of asshole would ask people to read a bill before they support it right. I was not trying to sway anyone either way, just simply taking to task the fact people should read it first hand before giving blind support. So why... dont they want someone making such a statement? Who's behind it? Why dont they want anyone being asked to read it? Because they rely on you not reading, and not understanding it's implications thats why. They just want you to follow the monkey in front of you and give blind support. I ask that you not do that. I'm not going sway you one way or the other on the bill its self. I do want you to read it though. I guess I'm just an asshole like that though!

    I hope someone shows up and at least says the word 'REPEAL' as apposed to legalize or legalization.. I know for a fact the so called leaders of the cannabis movement in Oklahoma won't be the ones to do it. It's up to the grassroots to push for repeal and nullification. Dont let them force there legalization hand, demand repeal!

    Great history of the movement! The struggle to restore cannabis to the people is part of a much larger movement to restore power to the people and to restore the real American Dream of freedom and justice for all. The prohibition of cannabis is the focal point. The root, if you will, of elitist control of the masses.
