Dear supporters. We've been asked to do a couple of shows in Spain and are in need of support with instruments and some backline. Any kind of help or recomendations regarding this would mean a lot. Please get in touch here or contact us via e-mail through email@example.com
Old Man's Will
Meet the new Old Man’s Will
Following all the sad updates here lately it is nice to finally bring you some good news. Pleased to introduce you to Michael Åberg on bass and Simon Lundin on drums!
// Tommy Nilsson and Gustav Kejving quit Old Man’s Will //
We are endlessly thankful for six very pleasant and joyful years we have had with this band. All the crazy shows, parties and meeting with people from all over the world has really been worth while. However, since the foundation of this group we’ve battled being geographically scattered all over the country, while classic “band-associated-difficulties” with obligations outside of the music have gradually been taking u...p more and more time. It all culminated at the end of 2016 when we decided to call it quits. Somehow we kept on doing a few shows and for a time seemed to have it all work out; although, the end of this constellation was inevitable.
The band chemistry of Old Man’s Will has always been a cornerstone of why it came out so well all the way from the start. It is with great grief that we announce the parting of our dear friends Tommy Nilsson and Gustav Kejving. This decision did not come easily, yet, we all four agree it is in the best interest for the sustained survival of Old Man’s Will. We hope that all of you supporting our music will as well support this resolution.
I guess social media has always been an achilles' heel of this band. Nonetheless, we are immensely grateful to all of you out there who keep supporting Old Man's Will. In a short time there will be news about what the hell is going on in the OMW camp and more about the future of this project.
Meanwhile we'll be playing at the Midnight Light Festival in Vilhelmina, Sweden, on Friday the 7th of July. Hope to see some of you there!
