We are visiting Marbella for the second time this year and couldn't wait to go back here! It's such an amazing place with healthy tasty food and smoothies. I really liked the Smoothie (I had an Hawaiian Hurricane). The service was quite prompt, friendly, and professional. Would have liked a bit more variety in the ...menu but what I had tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared.

I was a bit disappointed that choosing an outdoor table meant sharing with a chain smoker up wind of me two tables away. The constant drift of tobacco smoke really undermined the atmosphere of healthy eating and my enjoyment of the flavours in the food.

Reasonable prices for great food, large portion sizes. They have really good glutenfree, vegan and allergy friendly food. Will come back!

Saturated I vent to Organic with my family. For the last couples of years I been at your restaurant, and have been very satisfied. But this Saturday You did no...t live up to your reputation.
Many things went wrong, and first and for most,the staff was rude, arrogant and disrespectful.
I had to live without eating my food, because I had lost my appetite,because of the disrespectful treatment.
I don't think I ever visiting your place again.

Desayuno con smoothies o zumos y tartas sin gluten o raw perfectas en vitrinas, solo tienes que elegir! Comidas saludables con buena pinta. Hoy voy a desayunar allí y más tarde, si es posible también comer. :)

Came here this afternoon with a friend as we're staying in a hotel up the road. Would recommend the great food and friendly service. Healthy tasty freshly cooked meals at a reasonable price. Beautiful decor and happy atmosphere.

Local bonito con terraza soleada, comida buenísima, genial para desayunar, almorzar o tomar un té. Opciones veganas, gluten o dairy free. La tarta de zanahoria crudivegana un 10. Precios razonables con la calidad.

As l had been working all morning and in needed a coffee (lived here 13yrs)been to some very expensive hotel and l have never paid 3.00€ for an ordinary coffee....omg it Could have knocked me down with a feather.
I was surprised when the asstance said you are on front of marbella country and punto Romano hotel and lve had coffee at the kempiski before now.he said that's the words of the owner not mine. I will not going there again l as amazed at he response.

The foods that are in season during winter are meant to provide you with fuel, energy and increase your immunity during the cold months. ...
Isn’t that great?

Every season has its own fruit and veggies.
Summer=hot temperatures.
Therefore fruits that are composed of water to keep you hydrated (watermelon, cucumber, honey dew, tomatoes etc)

Its always beneficial for your health to eat foods that are in season.
Not only do they taste better (ALWAYS go for Organic), but they are also meant to be growing during that time.
The soil chemistry is the right type for them, the environment is ready for them, and our bodies will be needing them.

Some of the fruits you should be consuming during winter are: ginger, sweet potatoes, oranges, squash, pumpkin.

🇪🇸Tienes un cuerpo sano?

Un cuerpo saludable se caracteriza por ritmos naturales de apetito y sensación de llenura. Por el contrario, un cuerpo desequilibrado tiene los ritmos de apetito descontrolados, antojos frecuentes y sensación de llenura insuficiente.

🇬🇧“Forbidden Black Rice”
A delicious tasting superfood!

Black rice was known as “forbidden rice” in ancient China, because only the emperor and members of the royal family were permitted to eat it.

Not only does it taste delicious, but its also full of many health benefits:

1. Antioxidants
Nutrients are lost when the outer layer of any type of rice is removed during the milling process for making white rice.
Brown rice and black rice are antioxidant-rich, but only black rice contains anthocyanins, the purple and dark red pigments that colour and add valuable nutrients dark berries like blueberries, blackberries, and acai berries.
Anthocyanin antioxidants are associated with health benefits, such as memory improvement and decreased risk of heart disease and cancer.

2. Minerals & Vitamins
Black rice contains a healthy source of minerals, especially iron. It also contains vitamin E and is lower in sugar than berries that have similar phytochemical qualities.

3. Weight Management
Another supposed health benefit of black rice is usefulness in helping people reach or maintain a healthy weight.
As black rice is fibre-rich and therefore can help maintain a healthy digestion & makes you feel fuller longer.

🇪🇸“Arroz Negro Prohibitivo”
Un superalimento delicioso!

El arroz negro en la antigua China estaba considerado como algo “Prohibitivo”, ya que solo era consumido por emperadores y miembros de la familia real.
No solo es delicioso, sino que aporta beneficios a la salud, tales como:

1. Fuente de antioxidantes

Los nutrientes se pierden cuando las capaz de arroz se remueven durante el proceso de molienda. El arroz integral y el arroz negro son ricos en antioxidantes , pero el arroz negro contiene Anthocyanins. Sus pigmentos purpura y rojo oscuro aportan los mismos nutrientes que las moras, arándanos y acai. Los antioxidantes Anthocyanin están asociados con el mejoramiento de la memoria, y disminuyen el riesgo de desarrollar enfermedades cardiovasculares y cáncer.

2. Rico en vitaminas y minerales
El arroz negro es una fuente natural de minerales, especialmente hierro. También contiene vitamina E y es más bajo en azúcar que las bayas, y sus propiedades fitoquimicas son muy parecidas a estas.

3. Control de peso
Otro beneficio del arroz negro es que ayuda a controlar el peso y manterse saludable. Ya que es rico en fibra y mejora los procesos digestivos y a la vez sacia durante más tiempo!
