Try these in your own range of effort,max 80% for 15 reps - regulate the weight on the bar and try to achieve 4 set on each group.


Lucky dip! Do 10 reps of all exercises then 12 then 14 then 16 and keep adding 2 reps until you reach failure.

Back to basic - start with something easy 5 sets of 10 reps before and then after work.( 1 week every day)
