Visited for the first time yesterday, as a Red Bull season ticket holder. Had club access and midfield second row seats. Club dining was very nice and quite e...njoyable. The stadium is lovely. Unobstructed views of the pitch and beautiful views of the river and bridge. My problem came with some of the Union fans. No sooner did we sit down and we were hit with "your not gonna want to sit here with that shit on". My husband turned around and politely said we will sit and we will enjoy the game. We spent most of the game having "Red Bulls suck" and "f--k the Red Bull's" screamed in our ears. Needless to say, that stopped after the first RB goal. Most of the union fans around us were nice and we enjoyed friendly barbs. Unfortunately, the ones that were rude are the ones that will keep us from returning. As a frame of reference. I know this happens in all stadiums, but when we meet opposing fans at our club seats in RB Arena, we want them to enjoy themselves and to return. Sadly, we won't be returning to Talen Stadium, as we felt unwelcome. See More

Last night, this stadium could not handle a big crowd. First off, we have been to several games at this stadium, parking rates have always been $20 which is h...igh for parking in lots in Chester. Yesterday, the parking staff were running a scam charging $40 and skimming $20 off the top because they know people will pay it. Once inside, the food vendors were not prepared for the number of people that were at the game. I would say the game was 90% attended and usually this stadium struggles to get 75% full. Food vendors ran out of food by 7pm and the vendors had bad attitudes, yelling at customers and ignoring paying customers. They obviously didn't want to be there and just gave up. I witnessed one person tell off a customer who said to him it would be nice to know that they were out of pizza before waiting in line for 10 minutes. Unlike other professional teams, this stadium struggles to fill seats and every ticket sale means something to them since it's not a heavily attended venue. I won't be back anytime soon until they get their staff to not rip off customers and treat them with an ounce of respect. Embarrassing for everyone involved with this palce. See More

Stadium is nice but food and beverage were horrible. They were not properly prepared for a large number of people. Long lines, registers no working properly, fo...od running out, melted ice cream pints, beer running out, etc. I seriously just wanted my money back by the end of the night for the amount of time I had to go back and forth to other lines because of one being out of stuff. The staff also had bad attitudes and were short tempered. Not sure when I'll be returning; if anytime soon. Management really needs to fix ASAP! See More

Love this stadium in the fact that any seat is a great seat! However, food and drink options are very limited especially for anyone with dietary restrictions. T...hey sold the same 7-8 beers throughout the entire stadium. I finally found two women selling cider on the opposite side of the stadium and they weren't even occupying a full booth, but rather a small cooler attached to a bicycle. The stadium needs more variety in their food and drink availability. Additionally, the stadium really struggled to handle crowds.. halftime was basically a stand-still! See More

I loved the seating. I could see the game with an unobstructed view. We ate in the club house where the food was fair at best. They also had nothing there for children to eat. We had fun outside at the pre Red Bull Game activities. Getting back to the car in lot C was an adventure.

We wanted to buy wine and our designated area did not have any. So we were kindly escorted through and in the other team's area to find a wine vendor. Awesome ...service! Our "bodyguard" waited with us while we were getting our double sized drinks and gently escorted us back. Super professional. See More

Great Stadium, awsome view, beautiful store, very good facilities, easy parking, the Union Club is very nice too. Just add the USB connection for charge devices. Thanks for all. For a memorable Father's Day ever.

First, the stadium itself is not bad, more so the people it let's run it for union soccer games and some of the changing fan base(or lack thereof). As a season... ticket holder for the Philadelphia Union since the team began I've seen many changes and most of them have been to decrease harmless fun, which while annoying, was bearable. However during the last Red Bulls game while standing for a union corner kick scoring opportunity( and being in the section near the corner kick) my cousin and I were told to sit down by stadium seat monitors or whatever they're called. For SIX YEARS this is what has always been done to cheer on our team and now for this to change makes me worried for how much more lame and less fun the stadium will be in years to come. When you continue to not allow passionate behavior to happen(that actually causes no harm) you continue to draw a less passionate fan base, until you literally have no fan base. To make it easy, less passion = less money = worse team and so until no one cares anymore. Please change before you permanently ruin a good thing. See More

Stadium is great! View to the river end is fantastic! Can't give it better than. GOOD. Because of Location??? And Neighborhood???? And lack of any supporting infrastructure.

Disappointed in the setup. Cons: First time @#rockallegiance & didn't understand the setup when I purchased the tickets so I ended up paying to upgrade to acces...s the field. After three tries with 3 different staffers I finally found the first aid office to keep my son's meds refrigerated. Communication of general info must be communicated better! The fact that it was on the opposite end of the ADA entrance was a poor design choice. ADA parking was not offered online & the second day the attendant said a ticket was not necessary & although I needed one they seemed to struggle to find the ticket book that was readily available the day before. Fountain water tasted gross.
Pros: Staff members were very nice & I didn't have to go to an extreme to explain the cooler with my son's meds. Ice was free. The cleanup crew over all was very impressive and kept the garbage controllable. One suggestion, in between sets have them sweep and clean the field of all the cans and debris. Thank you!!! Event was awesome but they need a bigger variety of gluten free/veggie food truck options.

First time, great stadium and energy. Only complaint is the price of parking, $30 is steep.

SheBelieves soccer game was great. The absolute lack of any traffic control out of the lots after the game totally destroyed the experience. People are waiting hours to move 10 feet.

Talen Energy Stadium was an excellent place to see the Rock Allegiance concert. I would've given my experience a 5 star rating, but the food was expensive and s...ub par. Parking was another issue. It was expensive. One other complaint about my experience is if you're going to hold an 11 hr. Venue , people should be allowed to come and go freely. They should be allowed to return if the need to leave. On the positive side the facilities were clean, the staff professional and the concert unforgettable. Thank you Talon for hosting the Rock allegiance concert 2016. See More

The venue was clean, well staffed, and no matter where we sat the view was great. The food and drinks were really over priced, but that's to be expected. We we ...were upset about was the sound system was awful. We wound up leaving early because of it, only to realize that the music sounded better in the parking lot! No wonder there was people sitting out on the street. They had a better time. See More

My first time going to Rock Allegiance and it was great. Loved the GA bowl seating. Read website throughly so knew bag policy and about parking. Bought parking... ahead for $25 which is normally cost at other venues I have been to and the fye tent had free mini backpacks to carry whatever you picked up. Food was normal or less as compared to other shows I have been to. Bathrooms were clean, staff was nice, and it was easy to get to.
My only complaints are all the smoking inside, it took a long time to get out of C lot nobody moving and confused, and the screens on the sides of the stage need to be bigger. Full length would be great. Yes BIGGER SCREENS. The sound was a little off a few times but I have heard that before. Otherwise I will definitely be back again next year. Adding this to my concert list.

I've lived in the area all my life. Been to over 300 shows since 1982. This is the best venue by far. Parking wasn't far, no long lines to enter, food and bever...ages were competitively priced if not less, set up and sound was terrific, staff was courteous and helpful....was everything it should be for your price of the ticket!
