stayed there one night, and I would not have stayed longer. rooms very small and in the basement with very small window on street level, which was closed all the time because of tramvaj going past all... the time. with 4 people in it was stifling hot and smelly. kitchen and common room area is way too small, don't want to be there when it is fully booked. Stayed there for a week and the staff was AMAZING! Hostel is very clean, very central, and every question I had was quickly answered. If you are coming to Zagreb, you could not ask for more Highly recommended!

I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful this hostel was to me!! I had an issue with the hostel I was suppose to check in with when I arrived in Zagreb, so I ended up staying at Palmers. The next... day I told an employee how I was treated at the other hostel, and they quickly jumped on the phone to inquire about what was going on. They told me I was completely correct and they were being rude and unfair with me. They also added that if I needed anything at all during my stay to let them know. Guests were always greeted upon entering the hostel. Everyone seemed very cheerful and happy. These are some of the nicest people in Zagreb. Thank you all! Much love! xoxo See More

Clean, friendly & helpful. Lovely hot showers, comfy bed. Good kitchen. Short walk to bus & train stations & town centre. Very reasonable price.

This hostel is amazing, clean and fun to be in (PlayStation aaa!!). Staff is excellent, big shoutout to Domagoj, who is doing wonderful job as receptionist, very helpful and outgoing. :) Price for one... night is insanely low if you compare other hostels (without PlayStation haha), and if you consider the fact that it is located in town center near bus/train station. Guests were crazy. Some people wore military best and boxing groves and another was with small Chinese cracker box.

Predivno osoblje, apartman uredan i higijenski čist. Dobra lokacija, parking odmah preko puta smještaja a prevoz za centar grada ispred apartmana. Dobijemo čak i kartu grada sa linijama koje saobraćaj...u pa se lakše snaći. Sve pohvale. See More
