Thursday: Beef and Onion! Rich, slow-cooked beef broth, Pampered Beef Sirloin, and TONS of onions! Like someone dropped a st...eak in your favorite French Onion Soup!
Friday: Smoky Tomato Rice. A thick tomato broth, brown basmati rice, and just a hint of smoky goodness.
Saturday: Cuban Black Bean (with a smoked pork hock). I usually prepare this soup vegetarian; this week, I'm adding in a smoked pork hock from Triple B Farms. A little spicy, this savory soup with warm your bones and tickle your taste buds.

Friday: West African Yellow Pea Soup. Yeah, it's a mouthful, but it's also a *mouthful.* Of goodness! Made with yellow split peas, sweet potatoes, ginger, and a touch of cayenne pepper. This soup is bright, flavorful, and so very different!
Saturday: By request, White Chicken Chili! You know it, you love it, you can't wait to eat it! Pinto beans, Schmucker's chicken, lime zest, and just a little bit of heat. Yum!

Friday: Santa Fe Bean!Bean! This goofy-sounding soup is one of my all-time favorites. A blend of black and pinto beans, seasoned with the savory flavors of the southwest. Not too spicy, but deep, smoky, and completely vegan. Also gluten-free!
Saturday: Sausage Potato and Kale. This one features Triple B Farm's amazing smoked sausage links, loads of kale, and thickened with Yukon Gold potatoes in creamy broth. This soup never fails to satisfy!
We're keeping regular hours this week, as Christmas Eve and Christmas fall on days we're normally closed! We're open now through Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm. Be sure to swing by and stock up on Shetler Dairy Eggnog, half and half, and whipping cream!
We've also got a few hams in the freezer, ranging from 9 to 10 lbs. Remember, these are Triple B Farms hams, so they are pasture-raised and acorn-finished hogs. Beautiful deep red meat with perfect marbling, the way it should be. You can keep "the other white meat."
I shouldn't give this away but our authentic Hungarian Goulash was made with soup bones from Pampered Beef. Timothy Jenks, loves to cook and made homemade noodles and biscuits and the bone broth added just the perfect balance to the seasoning.
