Good morning! This month we take a trip back to the Tiki Room to explore the background music the attraction has hosted since 1971 to the present day, complete with two new audio reconstructions. It's almost as much fun as New Year's Eve in the orange groves!

Do you ever wish you could just change stuff at a theme park? My list of ideas may surprise you!

It includes too many theaters, an effort to save Grizzly Hall, long forgotten alleys, and Pirates of the Caribbean's slow slide into incoherence.

Check it out and share with your friends who have their own ideas!

Here we go.... if you were to ask me which unbuilt Marc Davis attraction I'd most want to see realized, my answer wouldn't be Western River Expedition, or Enchanted Snow Palace. It would be this: the unknown, totally obscure Adventure House.

I've been working steadily for a few years to make this information public, and I hope everyone finds Adventure House as inspiringly weird as I do. If Tom Sawyer Island took a detour through the Haunted Mansion, the result might be as weird and wonderful as Adventure House. I hope you enjoy your stay. Just look out for the chickens.

It's time to do this! Four years after tackling the Matterhorn Bobsleds music, you can finally learn exactly where all of that absurd alpine music that's been playing in Fantasyland since time began came from! It's one of the most frustrating music identification projects to date! It's....

It's a New Post today and something a bit different!

Theme parks have used background music since the start, but have you ever wondered why? Our new post traces the history of mood music from the 20s to the 80s and today and examines the social factors that made Muzak a household word.
