I have to say I was a bit nervous that there was no menu. We were asked what we didn't like and the meal was chosen for us by the owner. I love this place! The owner was very hands on, intermingl
in...g with all of the diners. The food was Excellent! Will definitely be coming back and bringing friends. Thank you so much. We had a wonderful time!
love Italian food and this one came up when we googled it, it had great reviews and was close to where we were so we went. It was extremely full when we walked in so that was a good sign.... We were warmly greated and welcomed and the food was an absolute surprize and so delicious! I liked the fact that we didnt have to think about what to order they just brought food out. It was extremely filling and totally worth the price. Service was excellent. I would go again!
The place is one of a kind! It is a small boutique restaurant
with amazing Italian cuisine. I love the concept of not having a menu, and instead having the chef decide what is offered for the night. M...y only complaint is that the bill can add up very quickly, without you knowing until It is time to pay.
This was my best dining experience
EVER!! As a person who is celiac with food allergies I'd normally not be comfortabl e having a restaurant decide the food - but WOW! This was such an amazing experien...ce!! They brought out course after course and asked what about my allergies and what I do and don't eat and made it for me. It was so amazing!! and SOO good! The environmen t and experience is undeniably the most fun I've ever had for dinner. GO! ♥
refreshing letting go of the control of ordering from a menu. They simply ask if there were any food types we did not like and catered based on what we said. The many courses were delicio...us and paced to our eating tempo. We never felt rushed or waiting. It was pleasant to be surprised by each new course. The atomospher e is not formal but rather relaxing for fun conversati on. A great experience and worth a return visit.
and food were both amazing. A hidden gem. The chef and his son came out and greeted the guests. It was a wonderful evening and I can't wait to do it again. Just don't eat for a couple o...f days before you go.

No need to worry about a menu! Probably one of the most enjoyable dining experience
s I've had in awhile. The building is quaint and surrounded by roses. Beautiful murals adorn the walls and you're ...greeted by super-frie ndly staff. Every course was delightful ! Vino, perfectly dressed salad, eggplant parmigiana , manicotti, spaghetti with a spicy meat sauce, frutti di mare, and a dessert trio. The quality of the food was superb. This will become a regular stop whenever I'm in Seattle! Thank you Chef Mike
Wonderful birthday dinner for Brendan. They made everything
special excluding the foods he's allergic to. LUV IT !
This really is quite a wonderful experience
. Chef Mike is both friendly and incredibly talented. The rest of the staff were also very great! I went with a big group with some picky eaters, and everyon...e LOVED all 8 courses that were served. The highlights for me were the salmon, sea bass, eggplant, and shellfish dishes that were served. The atmosphere is very comfortabl e and welcoming. This isn't a quick bite, so don't go if you're looking for a quick meal. This is best for a long meal shared with friends. The price for 8 courses (~35/ person) is very reasonable considerin g the quality of the food. Pasta Freska is definitely my favorite place to eat when visiting Seattle.
