My son has flown several times with PALS. He has been blessed with having the same volunteer pilot fly him for at least 1 leg of the round trip journey. He and that gentleman have a special bond. I'm ...incredibly impressed with the work that they do tomake what could be a stressful journey for any family one of love and support. I have seen it with other families as well as my own. See More

PALS is one of the greatest organizations around, I just can't say enough good things about them. Really, thank goodness such people exist in this world.

This is the most amazing service offered to sick children and adults. I cannot describe how each and every pilot has a heart of gold for donating their time and planes to this cause. I still cannot be...lieve how they have taken our 8 hour trip from Rochester to Boston to just a 1 hour flight! Thank you to the team at PALS as well including Barbara they have continually coordinated transportation as well to and from the airports. Words can never describe how thankful our family is. It took 4 flights to get my daughter and I to NYC and back and I have no complaints. I was afraid to fly and my 3 year old daughter had never been on a plane before. All of the pilots were absolutely ...wonderful. It's truly amazing what they are doing for families who are struggling. Thank you all again so very much, I wish I could thank you all again personally. My fear of flying is gone I believe and I will definitely be using PALS again to get my daughter the treatment she needs. Thank you for making this next step possible for us because without your assistance I don't know that we would be able to make it happen. See More

My family was blown away by the response we received from PALS and Talon Air. We needed a flight for a bone marrow transplant consult at CHOP for myself, my husband, our 18 year old son(ALL patient),... and my sister, who is a secondary caregiver. Never thinking they could accommodate 4 grown adults, we figured we'd be driving. Instead, we got a call from Dee stating that we'd been picked up by Talon Air, and not only would they fly us to CHOP in a beautiful private jet, but we'd have ground transportation to and from the airport as well. It was an overwhelming gift. Our meeting was very emotionally fraught and honestly, I don't know if I would've been able to make the drive home had we needed to. My son is not a big flier, but even he had to admit that this was one cool way to ride! We got the full red carpet treatment and we can't thank pilots Michael Lynch and Mateo Arias enough for giving us their whole day. Thanks to all at Talon Air for making us feel special. A HUGE thank you to all at PALS, especially the master planner, Dee, for arranging everything so that I could just focus on my son. See More

I flew to Boston for surgery. My pilot Jim Platz and the copilot was Annie Beaulieu, really a great team, we landed at the airport and they stayed with me all the time, Jim is the one that called the... Taxi and never left my side till I left. I had never been in Boston before so that took a lot of stress away. Thank you to Jim and Annie for the professional service and also to all the PALS gals for all they did to set every thing up. See More

I'm a PALS pilot. I love the organization, the mission, and the people. I would highly recommend flying with PALS, or being flown.

You guys are the best! Thank you for helping get to Boston for all the follow ups from my heart surgery. I couldn't have done it without you. It is exhausting 10 hour drive for me. You are such a blessing.

Patient Airlift Services provides a great service for those of us who have major health issues and can't afford to fly commercially for second opinion appointments and treatment. I used them the other... day and the pilot was amazing and really cared about me and treated me with dignity and respect. See More

"My son Cannon has a rare genetic disease called Gaucher Disease. His treatment and follow up care required that we travel from South Louisiana to Fairfax, Virginia to see his specialist. His care is quite costly and PALS helped us in a time of need get to Virginia by providing us with Southwest Airlines vouchers. We are so appreciative! The entire PALS staff was so helpful and awesome to work with. They even got us set up with vouchers while they were working from home during a blizzard! Thanks PALS!!!!"
