Open-style Ravioli: Stuffed with our house-made vegan Boursin cheese, jalapeño Havarti Daiya, organic lentils, carrots, celery, onion, and spices, and served with our tomato basil sauce, organic peas, and garlic toast. (Vegan, not gluten-free)

Soups:

Farmhouse Chickpea Vegetable Soup: very veggie-full with slow-cooked chickpeas, organic carrots, red bell pepper, celery, onions, and red potatoes, thyme, paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, and non-gmo canola oil.

Rice and Beans:

Loved the spinach quiche! Others in my group had the black bean burger & cluck sandwich & really enjoyed them. One person had a turkey sandwich on the whole wheat bread and found it dry & not very soft. He'll opt for a bun should he eat there again. Over-all a very positive experience!

Only had the vegan/gluten free doughnut so far but it was AMAZING! So soft and tasted wonderful. My 7 year old said "7 trillion thumbs up!" Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu �

After choosing to go gluten free, I really missed donuts! And I gotta say I absolutely love the gluten free chocolate donuts! I would special order a dozen at a time if I wasn't terrified of eating them all in one day. I can't wait to try more of the many options of gluten free food!

The food was delicious. I had the spinach pie. It was super easy to order confidently and safely regarding food sensitivities. But the best part was how friendly the owners are. I will definitely visit next time I'm in town.

Steve was amazing help with my endless questions about how to pre order cakes and breads and what ingredients they used. Wished I could have met his wife. Will def be buying their fresh made gf, vegan breads, cakes and donuts! I will be back to try the cafe food!

I love all of the delicious vegan options! It's one of the few places in the Fort where I know there will always be something great available for vegans ♡

I love this place! The cluck sandwich is awesome and the soups are outstanding. The vegan baked goods are also some of the best I've had.

Pembroke catered our son’s wedding at Arts United –> wonderful menu of savory chicken, tomato soup, organic fruit and cheeses, plus bread fresh from the oven! Thank you, Angie, for the delicious food and great service!

Ordered dairy free dinner rolls for Easter. While I was there picking up, ordered the chickpea salad for lunch. Both were delicious.
The atmosphere needs a little work but overall the experience was great. I would go back.

Really one of my new favorite cafe's and Bakery in Fort Wayne!! Excellent vegan menu and other stuff as well!! Plus the best GIngerbread Skeletons I have ever eaten!!! Stop in and try it you won't be sorry!!
