Everytime I go in to record my NOC's all of the Clerks are great. They greet everyone that comes in and will let them know they will be with them when they are ...able to help them. They are all professional. They know their jobs. They get a bad rap due to people always expect them to give them legal advise at which they can't and that makes people made but that isn't their fault. There are signs everywhere telling them that they can't give advise. Also if you are a continue guest as I am they do learn your name and will greet with your first name which I love. It is very personal to me and I do the same when I remember their names. See More

Received a red light camera ticket 8 months after the "infraction". Notified by the state of FL for license suspension. Not Pinellas Co. Charged late fee and... had to take off work to go to court. Then even though Attny for Clearwater stated on record notice was mailed to a home I didn't even own at the time was forced to pay for the ticket. Went to pay the ticket online and no ticket found. Brought proof to the clerks office and was charged ANOTHER late fee AND had to pay for red light camera ticket that I could prove I was not driving. I was at work. Crap to the 1St degree!!!

I understand it is not with the rights if the clerks office to clear a "citation". However if I can prove something why do I have to pay a late TWICE?? At the least, that should have been waived.
