Great selection of spices, dried fruit, teas, and snack foods! There are also some fresh foods and supplements. It's small, but a jewel to have in this little town. Love the staff and volunteers!

I love this shop! My two year old daughter runs in grabs a basket and begins shopping. She loves getting her own snacks.

Buying whole makes a difference. Co-op grown in Guatemala, our Organic Whole Cardamom Seeds retain more oils and constituents, giving them a distinctly complex ...flavor. Try adding our cardamom to your entrée, drink or dessert, and experience cardamom the way it's meant to taste. http://purpose.frontiercoop.com/#cardamom
