The documentary No Hubo Tiempo Para la Tristeza (No Time for Sadness) considers these questions and takes a look at the National Historical Memory Center report "Basta ya Colombia. Memorias de guerra y dignidad." (That's enough, Colombia. Memories of war and dignity.)

A post-film discussion will be moderated by Andrei Gomez-Suarez, an associate researcher at the Centre for Criminology (Oxford) and lecturer on transitional justice at The University of Los Andes (Bogota).
