We had a good time tying flies on Thursday as you can see by the concentration on those faces. 8 people including 2 that had never tied before participated. Wayne and Roger were great helping the others and had a pretty good time themselves..

We had a good PAA meeting tonight. Paul Center was our speaker with a very interesting presentation on his guiding strategy and also his daughter's internship with the DNR. Special treat was pickled bluegill on crackers (excellent).

Last day of the fin-n-feather show. Our PAA members did a great job. Over 125 jigs were tied (total for the 3 days) with 5+ minutes of 1 on 1 attention for each child. Wayne may have had more fun than any of the kids.

This is a cousin of mine who does excellent work. Some of you may remember he sharpened your blades for nothing a few years ago. His business name is: Ice Auger Sharpening.

I'm getting requests for prices and address so let's bring the topic back up to the top

All Flat Blades are $9.00 per set of 2 blades (Mora, Eskimo and Jiffy)...
All 1 Blade Chippers are $9.00 ea. Chipper blades are on many power auger models. Jiffy, Eskimo etc).

All 2 Blade Lazers are $14.00 per set of 2 blades.
All 3 Blade Lazers are $22.00 per set.
All Jiffy STX Pro are $22.00 per set of 3 blades.

If your center point removes from your auger you can send it with the blades and I will touch it up, no charge.

I pay shipping back to you.

No Spoon augers.

Your blades will be back in the mail to you no later than the day after I receive them.

When you receive your blades back you will notice a red coating over your newly sharpen blades. This protects your new cutting edge while in shipping. You can also trim the coating so installing your blades back onto your auger is safer. If your newly sharpened blades are back up blades just leave the coating on until your ready to use them. When ready to use this coating just peels off.

Shipping in mailer bubble packs is the way to go. Please don't mail the plastic box that the blades come in, it increases the shipping costs for the both of us. Just tape the blades together and pack them securely in the bubble pack. I advise to pack them so they do not rattle around.

Note: Please do not send JUNK blades. They must be able to be sharpened. I will be honest with you if your blades are not sharpenable. My goal is for you to have a wonder fishing experience.

My 15yrs of experience will be put into every blade I sharpen.

If I forgot something please let me know.

Good Luck Good Fishing
