Excellent studio. Ellen is an amazing instructor! It was like she knew just what I needed. I moved and no longer go to class here but I highly recommend for everyone!

A wonderful studio in a cozy environment. I've taken classes from 3 different instructors, all were enthusiastic and passionate. All levels are definitely welcome as there are always modifications fo...r poses that are too much. It's your time on the mat and it is a judgement free zone! See More

This is one of my favorite yoga studios. the classes are great and the everyone is friendly. Always walk out feeling like calm, happy and worked out. Highly recommend!
