Don't trust this company. I placed an order for three Pandora charms and applied the code to receive the free Pandora 2017 holiday ornament. All was well until the time came for them to ship my order.... I was told one charm was on backorder. I replied promptly and gave them the ok to ship the other two charms along with the ornament. They replied saying the ornament had just "sold out" and they would ship the backordered charm along with the ornament when more had arrived. I emailed the company today asking for an update on my charm and ornament. I was told the charm was still backordered and they would not be getting anymore ornaments. I am furious, what a disgrace. If I had know this would happen I would have just went to my local Pandora store. See More

A friend of mine had purchased some beautiful bracelets for two little girls for christmas. Still havent arrived and that was several months ago!!. Sent two emails to them and still nothing. Do not bu...y from company!. I do hope that you are happy Precious Accents as we not have two little girls very upset and disppointed as their braclets have not arrived, and probably wont. AND she paid quiet alot of money for them!! See More

I placed an order for a Giving Key necklace. I was happy to receive the package in just two days, but it was the wrong item. I contacted customer service and was sent a return label for the wrong item..., along with what I thought was the correct item. No, it was wrong again. Currently waiting for a response from customer service about another return shipping label and a refund. I can understand mixing up the items once, but not twice. See More

I placed an order with Precious Accents and received it promptly. The bracelet was beautiful. Unfortunately, the person I purchased it for could not wear it because of a medical condition. I apologize for the bad review. I paid extra for expedited shipping (2-4 days) and didn't receive my item until almost a month later. Once I received the item it was in very good condition, but I alre...ady had to buy my product somewhere else since I bought this for a special occasion. See More

Nothing but very positive experiences here... while I see huge lines outside of the Pandora shop I can order here and get the item within a day or two!

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 items and paid extra for 2 day delivery. Received half the order in 2 days. Was not notified that the other item was backordered until I called after 2 days. ... They refused to refund my delivery costs for the item that I have not received yet. Why would I pay 2 day delivery for an item on backorder? I wouldn't!! See More

I'm sorry I gave this stores chance and they are terrible. No communication, no genuine reasons for not having products. I waited a month for a purchase was told one item wouldn't be available for ano...ther month then told second item would come within a few days....nothing came. When I called they blamed it on Nomination Italy. I'm sorry if you don't have stock don't sell the item. When emailed I never got responses. Was told I'd receive calls which obviously never came. When told I'd get refunded it took 3 days to even show it was processing. They are very unprofessional and clearly anyone who rated them 5 stars either works for them or has personal links. If you are thinking of buying charms from them forget it. You're safer getting your loved ones absolutely nothing because at the end of the day it's all you'll get from this store. See More

Ordered some charms on October 10th. Not sure if the package was really ever shipped or what is going on. Customer service stopped responding via email. They (Cristina) stated they would re-send early... this week, have not heard back. I would probably avoid this company, since it is now at 17 days of waiting for something, anything to arrive. Let's not mention it was an anniversary gift supposedly on 2-4 day expedited. Will end up filing a credit card dispute and since it was also Google Trusted, reporting it to them as well. See More

I found this website on Google while searching for a birthday gift for my wife.
I ordered & paid the additional money for expedited shipping.
I can definitely see the frustration of other reviewers h...ere because as soon as the order was processed, it was quickly changed to "Back Ordered".
I called to cancel right away. I had no problem getting through to customer service & they were helpful.
I just wish they would update stock on items in real time. It seems like back ordered items are constantly listed as "In Stock"

I never received my gift from my daughter! Precious Accents said it was delivered here however it never was. It went in someone's mailbox but not mine! I don't know how they can say for certain that t...he postal service delivers a package to the correct address. I have had things delivered here that I had to give to a neighbor that were delivered here by mistake. She should have gone to Jared! See More

Terrible experience. I ordered a charm over a month ago. After not receiving it after weeks, I was told I needed to wait for them to get the shipment in, which took a couple weeks. Why they charged fo...r expedited shipping is beyond me. Then, after waiting a few more weeks, I wrote to inquire about my order. They told me the charm had been discontinued and was no longer available. Apparently, they didn't think to notify me. Do not order from this site. See More

Ordered Pandora charms and a necklace on 2/10 2015 for Valentines. All items showed in stock, and I paid for priority shipping (2) days. Received charms late Friday the 13th. Called to find out why ne...cklace did not ship but they were closed. Called Monday the 16th and was arrogantly told it was back ordered and showed on the website. When I pointed out it did not I was told "It should be" then I was told to hold on and 10 seconds later lady came back and said "oh it just came in" BS She said she would ship first thing Tuesday morning 17th. Today is Friday the 20th and I called asked where it was and was told it was shipped Tuesday. Then 30 minutes later I got an email from them saying it had just been shipped USPS First Class. I paid originally for priority mail.

I will never buy from them again! And I have bought at least 90% of my Pandora from them! Do not deal with these liars.

Having successfully ordered many times from Precious Accents over the past few years, I encouraged my son to order Christmas gifts for a family member from Precious Accents. He ordered online (paying ...extra for expedited shipping) and paid via credit card. All seemed well. However, when the purchases weren't delivered on the expected day, my son called and spoke with a Precious Accents Customer Service Rep. He was told that since his order had included a shipping address that was different from his billing address they had suspected fraud and did not ship the gifts. (It was a gift so my son was having it shipped directly to the family member.)

My son had NOT been notified in any way about this issue by Precious Accents so he was not given the opportunity to explain the reason for the different shipping address! Understandably my son was extremely upset! At that point the gift would have been delivered after Christmas so my son cancelled the order. Needless to say, we were very unhappy about the service. or lack thereof, and will not order from Precious Accents again. Furthermore, we will be sure to alert others about the poor service and encourage everyone we know not to order from Precious Accents!

Faild to ship order in time ! Ordered items 3 days before it was processed to be shipped and still 5 days after order was processed , my package is still not processed to deliver , acording to usps tr...acking information. This is suppose to be a Christmas gift , will it get here ??????? Not in time to get it to where it was going. Their order info at checkout says it will ship in a certain amount of days. However I have been informed that they will ship pretty much when they have the time ! Am not satisfied with the service and very dissatisfied with customer service handling of the questions I had 5 days ago , when they said my package had shipped that day ! We ordered a ring for my sons GF on Feb 2nd for a Valentines gift. Then all of a sudden the item is backordered. No big deal. We thought how long could it be? WRONG!!! Now its April 25th and still no ...ring! Then going thru statements I see where they charged me for it! Why? I am pretty sure most companies wait until an item ships before charging! NOT this one! I guess they needed the money more than me! I feel like I have been scammed! See More

I've shopped for Pandora products here for many years. They have excellent stock and customer service! I buy most of my gifts from here for birthdays. Never had any issues with deliveries. For the peo...ple that complain about their shipments during the holiday, just stop waiting till the last minute cause UPS & USPS tend to have delays! See More

I placed an order on Feb 8th and have not heard anything back so I keep checking the order status and it still says both items are on back order but then next to each item it says re-order.. I used my... debit card when making this transaction so I'm confused at if I have been charged and just waiting on my items to be available or am I supposed to keep trying to re-order?
