Some of the staff is nice. However, expect to wait up to 2 hours even if you are always on time. I missed a few appointments because I forgot about them. I then got a certified letter in the mail our relationship is no longer satisfactory so it's terminated effective immediatly. After that, all my requests for medications were denied. They could have approved them while I was between doctors but whatever. Truth be told, I was angry but also relieved. I've never been happier with the care I get at East Athens Neighborhood Health Center. I never have to wait very long there and the staff truly cares. See More

I have been a patient since 1996. I love the staff and of course Dr. Gibson. I feel welcome and comfortable with 90% of the staff, everyone has a bad day, lol. Nurses are thorough and full of smiles an...d the doctors will take time to listen and look for solutions to your problems whether handled there or referred out. They really do care about their patients. I would not go anywhere else See More

I love Ms. Holly. She listens to me when I go in. She's not one to run in and say here is your prescription and walk back out. I have had a lot going on since July 2016. Very thankful for her being there.

Service is always too slow, even if you arrive on time or early I always wait at least two hours or more. Bad office for getting referrals out, do not return patient calls.

A very caring and professional staff. And Dr. Gibson is both very current and knowledgeable, while remains a family doctor of the 'old school' who believes physicians treat the whole person.

This is Evan Gattis. He is the DH for the World Champion Houston Astros. His tears are different tears. He was one of the highest rated catchers in the country ...coming out of high school. He signed on to catch for Texas A&M. He never made it to College Station because of his deeply embedded anxiety issues. Those issues led him to substance abuse. He quit baseball. At one point in his life he was homeless in New York City & begging for food. Through a friend, he got himself into a treatment center in California. He found himself. He found his love for baseball while he was there. Through another friend, he found a small college that gave him a shot to catch for them. 10 years later, through the love of his friends, family and treatment, Evan Gattis is a World Series Champion. I told you his tears were different.
