Pyaar Ajnabee Hai - I had not seen the likes of it even in my film school days when expertise was lacking and experimenting was par for the course. The talentless performance of the female lead in the opening scene shocked me. The best friend/supporting female, although not great, displayed a more enjoyable performance to watch. This seemed to be the trend throughout the film with the better acti...ng skills being shown by supporting characters such as Gullu and the uncle Nar...ain. For a first time actor Hussein Valley was a pleasant surprise, being the most immersed in his character out of all the cast. Akrum Amod is clearly talented but his performance was overshadowed by the other glaring inefficiencies. Coupled with the complete lack of basic skill in camera work, crossing the line and producing disjointed shots that suffered in the edit process made this project a less than noteworthy attempt.See More
