My experience with Jayne has been absolutely amazing. I have a new found understanding of eating healthy and enjoying myself in the process, I have completely forgotten about "dieting" - never felt so... light and full of energy before! Jayne helped me out with my fear of flying. I underwent one hypnosis session with Jayne due to me suffering claustrophobia when on a flight. As well as the hypnosis Jayne gave me help and advice on cl...othes to wear, what to bring with me and when best to board the plane. She also gave me advice on breathing techniques and visualisations to do before I flew. This all worked really well and I had panic attack free flights to America, so good in fact I didn't need an aisle seat on the way back! Would highly recommend :-) See More

Jayne was great help getting my nutrition back on track, to train for my 1/2 marathons. She helped me feel motivated and in top condition. The final 7 day plans worked perfectly before each event. We first sought out Jayne's help to resolve our daughter's stomach problems because she had received little help despite followng recommendations from her doctors and she even had an expensive private... consultation and an endoscopy. Still no solutions. Jayne was so thorough, knowledgeable and understanding and having followed her advice our daughter is pain free and coping well with something which proved to be the very opposite of the advice she'd been receiving previously. So when my husband was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol we turned to Jayne again. Once more, we received expert advice, great eating plans and thus reversed all the negative results. Jayne is great! She so knowledgeable, understanding and full of wise, manageable solutions which are easy to incorporate into our busy lives. Thank you, Jayne! See More

With two children and little time, I found myself lacking in energy and feeling exhausted by early afternoon.
A friend recommended me to this website and Jayne has been amazing.
Through her professio...nal, helpful advice, she recommended a plan which kickstarted my wellbeing.
Thanks to her, my body and mind are back on track and I'm even competing in my first triathlon this year.
