I chose to distance myself from photography in order to explore other interests in my first year of college...this ultimately resulted in me leaving a piece of myself behind. The photographs I take express emotions that I cannot put into words, and being without that creative outlet was definitely an adjustment for me while being away. I LOVED Marist and I'm counting down the days until I go back in the fall, but I'm also happy to be back home with my camera around my neck

Not even 24 hours have passed since these two tied the knot, guess this video could technically be called a same day edit. Technicalities aside what I feared wa...s going to be a freezing cold winter wedding, actually ended up being a warm, fun filled, phenomenal end to my already awesome 2013 wedding season, this one definitely landed with the top few.
It was a pleasure working with talented and up and coming photographer Becca Bosley of Rebecca Bosley Photography she may be new, but I think she has a bright future in the biz. As always great seeing and working with Kristi Tommell Kempf at Saratoga National Golf Club truly a ray of sunshine, as are the entire staff there. I can't forget Ranee Pierre who provided the beautiful hair and makeup for the stunning bride and her bridesmaids, and of course my personal favorite New York Players who once again rocked the house in due fashion.
Well i've said enough just watch the video, and if your so inclined like my page

Hi! I hope everybody's school year is going well so far, I love college and will hopefully have some photos to post soon! Because I'm not in Somers anymore I won't be shooting the football games this year, but I'm happy to say that a very driven individual will be taking my place on the sidelines. His name is Colin Smith; Please take the time to like his photography page to see photos from this season and beyond! https://www.facebook.com/cwsphoto?notif_t=fbpage_fan_invite
Hi everybody! Hope you're having a great summer. Just wanted to give a little update since I haven't been uploading much. I'm working full time as the art instructor at a local camp as well as continuing my photography internship with local newspapers through the New York Press Association. Everything has been great, but very busy with college rapidly approaching! I'll be around for the next few weeks if anybody needs a photographer, but for the most part I'm just enjoying my time at home with my family and friends. I really hope that you all are having a cool and relaxing summer, and that you continue to follow my work as I make the transition from summer to college! Have a great day
This past Wednesday, I graduated from Somers High School, the place that I've grown to love over the course of the past four years. I think that the reason why I loved high school so much is because of the people that I encountered along the way, including my friends: old and new, my awesome boyfriend, the dedicated teachers and counselors, and all of the people who have pointed me in the right direction in order to learn and to grow into a better person. Without these people...'s support and guidance, I wouldn't be who I am today.
That being said, I wanted to thank each and every person who has taken the time to 'like' this page and to follow my work. I started as a little naive freshman who would take photos of the trees and the grass, and I've grown to be so much more than that with the support of all of you. Whether you're a friend of mine, a classmate, a family member or a friend of a family member, or just somebody that I've gotten to know around town, or even if I don't know you at all, thank you. I've grown and learned as a photographer and as a person with the support of so many great people. I still have a lot to learn, and it's a nice feeling knowing that I'll have support in whichever direction I decide to go.
Photography started out as a hobby for me that I shared with my grandfather, and it's slowly turned into so much more than that. I'm now doing a paid internship sponsored by the New York Press Association as a photojournalist, and I'll be minoring in photography at Marist College in these next four years. I look forward to everything that my future has to offer but I'm so so grateful for the nice comments and likes that I've gotten on this page and throughout these four years. I'll be forever thankful for the support and I just wanted to say thank you, because I haven't enough.
Although I've taken tens of thousands of photos over the past five years, none of them have moved me to the extent that this one did. Hand in hand, these two walked the Survivor Lap at last night's Relay for Life. They beat cancer together and stood strong, side by side, giving hope to everybody surrounding them. One day, will beat cancer once and for all.
