I have worked out at a number of the smaller independent gyms in the Eagan, MN area. After another gym closed I stumbled upon Renegade Fitness. The Tuesday and Thursday Men's Tactical Strength class t...hey offer sounded like the type of class that I was looking for. I have now been attending this class consistently for the last 6 months and it has been my favorite workout class by far. All of the guys that attend are supportive and fun making it a great atmosphere. In addition, I have made big strength gains in everything from Squats and Deadlifts to Bench Press and Overhead Press. Ryan also changes up the workouts consistently keeping the classes fresh and challenging. I highly recommend checking it out. See More

After 20 years of long distance running being my only workout, I gave Renegade Fitness a try in the summer of 2014. I was apprehensive about lifting weights and doing things that I had no clue about burpees, thrusters or prisoner lunges to name a few. I had ZERO technique or idea what the heck I was doing, but Ryan Branson showed me the proper form for these exercises but more importantly he taught me the importance of mixing up the form of exercise I was doing versus only committing to cardio/running. He is an amazing trainer and Renegade is a great spot for small group training sessions where you can get personal attention/focus. Because of the small groups, Ryan doesn't let you hide in the corner with light weights. He WILL challenge you to lift heavier weights, do more reps than you think would be ever possible and/or do pull ups until your arms are limp. For me, I need that extra push and appreciate that Ryan challenges me to do more than I would have done by myself. See More

Renegade is a no nonsense and customer orientated training center. It's a great facility with plenty of space, a full selection of equipment for everything from serious weightlifting and power trainin...g to kettlebells to high-intensity cross training and cardio, but it's real asset is its outstanding group of trainers. Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with and dedicated to helping you reach your goals, they know what they are doing and make sure you do too. High recommended. See More

I have been overweight and admittedly lazy until my 30s when my wife and I started having kids and realized I needed to be able to keep up! I started with running because it was safe and something ...I could do when I wanted. The idea of going to a gym regularly was foreign to me. Then my wife told me about Renegades. After 3 months of trying to convince me to go, I finally agreed to try it. That was 18 months ago, and a week has not gone by where I've missed a workout. Ryan and his team have a special approach that makes you feel welcome and motivated regardless of your capabilities. Even group workouts feel personal, but the best part about Renegades is the sense of community you feel when you walk in. I'm now in the best shape of my life. I would recommend Renegades to ANYONE looking to feel better, look better, and have fun! See More

If your looking for a fun and challenging place to do personal training or fitness classes, Renegade is the place to go! After having a baby in August, I wanted to get back in shape and be fit! The tr...ainers are very knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition! In just a couple months I have gotten stronger than I have ever been and have learned how nutrition fits in with my lifting and cardio. I have always been a runner and really enjoyed it, but now I love weight lifting with a trainer that pushes me. Thanks Ryan for making me stronger physically and mentally and pushing me to new limits! The gym is very clean and everyone is welcoming and likes to have FUN! See More

Ryan Branson does a great job - workouts are challenging, he pushes you so you can hit the goals you set for yourself.
