The fifth issue was released this morning, so don't forget to pick up your copy today.

Four Arrowheads attended the 2015 Spring State Conference and Write-Off Competition at Puyallup High School on Saturday, March 21. Freshmen Jeremy Caldeira, Angelica Lucero, and seniors Long Tran and Dominique Viray competed to potentially win one of three awards in each category against other school publications. Caldeira won an honorable mention award in Sports Feature Writing, and Tran won an excellence award in News/Feature Photography.

“It was fun, it was challenging and I learned a lot. I don't have future plans to be in journalism [due to no room in schedule] but I might consider competing again next year,” Caldeira said.

Seniors. If you have picked up an application for Mr. Renton, remember to turn them in to Ms. Neuschwander no later than Thursday, March 19.

Hey Indians, are you an incredible speller? Well, on March 27, ASB will be hosting a spelling bee for the first time from 2:30 to 4.

If you're interested, you can sign up with Mr. Wheeler in the ASB office until the day of. Sign up fast, for there are only 20 spots available.
