Flying Therapeutic yoga is a more passive style of acroyoga / bodywork where students are upside down receiving restorative and nurturing guided movements like Thai massage in the air! You will feel weightless, reduce stress, join and spine decompression and enjoy the nurturing benefits of touch by giving and receiving of energies. This is a totally open levels class and is a great way to begin learning partner yoga basics in a gentle learning environment.
