Today, April 14, 2016, marks the 50th anniversary of the cover date on the first issue of SOUL. There is so much I want to say but memories are coming faster than I can write. Selecting a few covers to share I am reminded of how supportive James Brown was of SOUL and how he went out of his way to support us in every way he was able. Always available.
