Can I drop in to see a class
trying out some forward rolls over objects, felt pretty good.
Not a Shooting Drill! Just a simple flow “with weapon”. Trying not to let tension corrupt movement
If you conceal carry a pistol. But never train how to deploy that weapon while moving or with someone moving towards you, you may want to try it. It changes the linear mindset we tend to develop when we walk around with a gun. “I’ve got a gun so it doesn’t matter - I will just shoot the bad guy and it’s as easy as that”. WRONG - you need to get pushed a little. You need to add some stress. This allows the psyche to develop and different pattern of reactions. It’s a way of familiarizing oneself to and “oh shit” scenario. Gun fights are not as pretty as we imagine. Unless your John Wick and the director says “cut” and you get to do it again so it looks perfect. #glock19 #systema #sanantoniosystema #martialartssatx #texas #concealedcarry #movementculture

It really is as simple as that , ha.
