Hamster ball fun for healthy kids day!
Halloween at the Y!
The kids in our Child Care & Educational Development program have green thumbs! Our preschool class grew tomatoes, green peppers, red peppers and sunflowers. Next, the class will taste test the vegetables. The Y is committed to educating kids about healthy lifestyles and providing opportunities for everyone to live healthier. #Garden #Vegetables #HealthyLiving #BecauseY

We have had a family membership for my husband, 3 year old, and I for a couple years now. Our favorite part of the Y is the toddler and preschool program. My son absolutely adores Rachel. She goes and beyond for the kids all the time. This program alone makes keeping our membership worth it for me.

I enjoy the variety of fitness classes and equipment that is available. I also really love that they have child watch with a ton of fun toys for the kids to use.

We have been members since I was a kid....which was a long time ago, the facility needs major updating. Locker rooms, rest rooms, pool areas...grounds are ridiculously slippery, and even the food/snac...ks provided to the school age children are horrible. The parking situation is the worst! The 15min drop off/pick up area is a joke, I for one can point out the same people that abuse it every day, dlb park so no one can get out. There should be working Cameras through out the parking lot, lots of cars are broken into in that lot (mine included). Its a shame that in a town w so much money donated to this this facility that there are any issues like this at all.
The summer camps are awful.... Very boring for the kids.
There needs to be something geared towards middle school age children, thats supervised! Just because a kid is in middle school doesn't mean the need for before/after school goes away....lots of us parents work!!!!

What happened to the mats in the corners? I liked working out on them and then you "redd up" and close down for multiple days (still charge me a fee of course) and it's worse when I come back. You don...'t offer cold water unless you buy overpriced from the vending machines. Also, the TV 5 has been broken for some time and you put on sports on the one next to it. It doesn't seem like you care about the patrons. Offering cold water seems pretty basic, out of a fountain. It makes me sad everytime I come here which is because my husband pays for a family membership. You'd be better off paying for Planet Fitness. See More

Was in town for a Team Leadership training and loved your facility! I really enjoyed 5:30AM spin with Mike! He's a great instructor! Also, took a dip in the pool! You have a very nice facility!

This place has been vital to the the health and safety and education of my children. Mark Smith is the best. Also, three personal injuries have been resolved without surgery as I've conducted my self... directed physical therapy in YMCA facilities. Bravo You all! See More

Just rejoined the Y after many years away. I learned to swim in the warm pool as a young child! What a wonderful thing it is to be back and taking aqua balance classes. Perfect for joint aches and pai...ns. Still a beautiful facility, very well taken care of and a staff that is truly caring. See More

I am a shy person who has trouble being around people in large groups so I was kinda nervous when taking the tour. However, my mom signed up for the membership for me anyways to get me some help, get... excercise and to get me out and socialize a bit. I am glad she did because everyone who works there and goes there are really nice, and I really like going there! So, I would recommend this place to anyone! See More

The pace clock is broken in the pool area. My 8 year old was kicked off the stationary bicycle (his father & I were standing next to him & no one was waiting to use it).

Check out the New Castle Y's promo video, it's excellent. Sewickley Y should make one like it.
