My bridesmaids and I got our hair and makeup done for my special day! Jill did a phenomenal job! And we had so much fun! I highly recommend coming here for your bridal experience!

Booked a mani/pedi with April and Jill. First time getting one done here, and I have to admit I was super impressed! Loved everything so much. Great atmosphere & even friendlier service. Can't wait to... book my next appointment with them. Highly recommend it. :) See More

Absolutely horrible experience. Jill-the manager & my assigned stylist didn't listen to what I wanted. I had pics but she was less than interested. I wanted something out of the ordinary for a special... event. At the start of my appt. the receptionist came back & told her that her next appt was an hour later. The appt was made knowing I wanted vibrant color. She gave me every excuse in the book about why she couldn't get the look I wanted, I believe because she was trying to rush me thru for that next appt. She even took out her cell phone showing me pics of a previous purple she had done. It was a muted version of what I wanted. Ultimately, she colored the top very dark, leaving the bottom a lighter color but NONE of it was the color that I wanted. It was dark brown & a reddish brown. I told her repeatedly that it was not purple. She told me that it was the lighting-which was horrible-it was the one thing she was right about. She took me to the front door in an attempt to use the natural light from outside. Again, I told her that it wasn't really what I wanted. She told me that once I got outside I'd be able to see the color. I travelled 2 blocks back to my office, after paying $90, to discover it wasn't even close! And I hated it. I called back to make an appt to fix it-especially after paying so much. The receptionist made the appt. Approximately 30 mins later Jill called me back to tell me that they didn't have anymore purple, but she called around Lemars & found that SmartStyle at Walmart had it! I ended up going there, paying an extra $130, but got what I wanted. This is unacceptable & you can bet the farm that I will tell every person I can what a horrible experience this was. If you can't do what the customer wants, you should say so upfront. You also should not charge them an exorbitant amount for your horrible work. If I could give negative stars I'd give them a -220, just like my bank account. See More

It was an excellent experience for the whole bridal party! Loved our up-do's and the staff was awesome and very friendly! How convenient they offered us a brunch!
