I have been getting treatments a couple times a week from Slim Ambition for the past few months & would 100% recommend to anyone who is currently living an active lifestyle! I have had the opportunity to work with Nick for a total of 6 sessions so far. Nick's extensive knowledge of the treatments, as well as his passion for helping others makes him a very trusting man. Ov...er the past two weeks I have seen differences each morning after a treatment, granted being in contest prep gives me a slight edge; regardless, I can truly say this procedure works. I will continue to work with Nick up until my show date, which gives me a total of 12 treatments left. There truly are no gimmicks, or B.S. here, only results. See More

Working at Blaz'n Tan, I got super curious about what Slim Ambition was about and I wanted to see for myself. I don't believe in "quick fixes" and I'm all about hard work, and this was a great way for... me to see faster results in my "trouble spots" and I would recommend it to anyone looking to lose inches in specific areas of their body quicker. I tri d 6 treatments (2 weeks) with Nick at Slim Ambition and was very happy with my results. Being in a caloric surplus the entire time, I was able to do a slight recomp of my body fat on my stomach.... I got much tighter and lost a reasonable amount of body fat. Mark is the go-to for getting you to your goals- no matter what those might be. As a model and having strict requirements to reach, he was able to coach me on the right way to treat my body and be hea...lthy for a demanding industry. Let's Talk Weight Gain for a minute and the "mind F" it can cause... Over the past week, my weight went up 5#, yes 5# in ONE week!😲 I wanted to take that scale and throw it out the window, and then drive over it a few times just to make sure it was dead

I was pissed, frustrated and super discouraged. And then I took a deep breathe and decided to reflect on last week and WHY my weight could be up so much? 🤔

#1. I haven't been sleeping, at all. My mind goes a million miles a minute and doesn't shut off at night when I need it to. Averaging 2-3 hours a night doesn't work well for someone who needs 6-7 to function normally. 😴

#2. I wasn't feeling the greatest, which isn't a huge deal. I didnt miss any workouts but they were sub-par at best and my intensity during HIIT was down for sure. 😅

#3. My water intake was waaaay down, like 1/2 of what I normally take in. 💧

#4. I guess I did go over my macros a bit last week also. But I didn't track those few extra bites so they dont count right?! Wrong! 🤷‍♀️ So my point is, there are SO many factors that can affect your weight and progress from week to week. Hormones, sleep, stress, illness, water intake, calorie/macro intake, output....and the list goes on and on and on.
Before you get frustrated and throw in the towel or send your coach a nasty message about how your plan isn't working (not that I would EVER do that but trust me, people do!) Yes of course you have the option of using a machine such as a treadmill, elliptical, stairmaster, etc. But what about more "active" cardio? Think; battle ropes, tire flips, sledgehammer swings, or even shortening rest periods between sets of your training sessions!

I got the pleasure of introducing IFBB Pro @brandanfokken to Laser Aesthetics and laser treatments for fat loss.
