Well, my rating reflects my feelings about why a company would start flying planes that have wifi capability but can't access that until October 1? We had to sit an extra 30 min on the plane while the... paperwork was done manually bc the wifi wasn't implemented...FYI southwest my time is important also and a simple I'm sorry hope you come back and give us another chance doesn't cut it when it could've been avoided. Emergency family travel is the hardest. Starting with the reservationist, yes, I called & talked to a real person, who was so extremely helpful working out the details when I was so unsure. I had to d...rive 250 before I even got to the airport! The great skycap on drop off out front was the best. No lines thru security, Flight on time and so smooth. See More

My family and I love Southwest! Always awesome! Don't fly any other airline. But, Yes the Big Butt! On our return home was just a night mare!! We get a call around 2 pm for our departure home saying ...delayed, for me it was not a big deal. When I check in at the terminal the customer service guy stated we missed our flight.. which was not true. Soutwest changed or times. So he gets us some tickets and sends us to the wrong flight and gate, I talk to another lady and she corrects it and sends us through security again up stairs. Then when we get there they tell us that we have a 15 min connection and that we might miss it. So we get to las vegas and we hear on the intercom that our flight is closing the doors.. on the ticket it states that we need to go to Gate 8, well it was wrong. So I ask the customer service lady "we made it". She looks behind her with an attitude and then rolls her eyes and she says "What do you mean? there is no flight at this door"! And then she says it's gate 14 so here we go running with our kids to the other side again to gate 14.. Southwest had us running like chickens with our heads cut off! And imagine with two kids. Then the flight attendants on the way back just were not happy and looked miserable. By the time I get in to ABQ, is when I had the last straw. Reason being is when my family's luggage was lost and the baggage attendant by the name of Gretchen was so Rude! Not only is she rude but accused me it was my fault! I had enough and asked for an manager which she insisted she was going to tell me the same thing. Which pretty much she did but in a nicer and more understanding way and heard me out. As her being a customer service employee she should not be working if she don't like to deal with customers or have some sympathy as to what we are dealing with and finding a solution. But we will see if I continue with southwest in the future.. I mean Alliegant goes to the places I need too. So if they want to treat my family and me like that then we will consider another airline. We have decided to only fly Southwest. Like all the airlines, they have a difficult job. They have to deal with hundreds of people each flight, some of which do the stupidest things. Weather and mecha...nica issues are another. How an airline handles these issues defines them and that's why we like Southwest. See More

It sure was a Monday. 5:30 am flight. All southwest monitors were down. No flight info. The bag check area didn't open until after 4 am and had to board at 5. The bag check kiosks were not working pro...perly. Not a good start for the week. Personnel seemed a little aggravated they had a line of people waiting on them to check bags. See More

Was notified by Southwest that my flight was going to be delayed. I got to the airport and spoke with Nadine at the service counter. I explained my situation and asked if it might be possible to get... on an earlier flight. Nadine was extremely helpful and was able to book me on an earlier flight. I will continue to fly Southwest as it seems to be just one excellent customer experience after another. Keep up the great work Nadine and everyone else at Southwest! See More

I retired from American Airlines in Tulsa 2004, within a year they filed bankruptcy and dropped my pension from $1350 a month to $485 without retirees flight benefits, to help THEM out. So, when I now, if Southwest doesn't go there, I don't need to go. I love Southwest ....never had a problem, smooth flights, friendly flight attendants, great vacation destinations!! Loyal customer! I was traveling alone with my two granddaughters 6 and 3. I didn't think our flight attendant was very good they almost did not take our orders and then brought us cups with no lids for the kids. Whe...n it was time to pick up trash we were skipped again. Its tough traveling with two little ones any assistance to making the trip a little easier would be ever so appreciated. See More

Flight was great, all the staff was polite and very helpful. Boarding in ABQ was good and we'll see about boarding here in Orlando on the return flight in a week, but I'm hoping it'll be just as good.

I flew flight #964 Albuquerque to Oakland to Ontario on 9/11/17 and the crew was the best. Didn't catch her name, but she was the voice giving us emergency directions. She was the best! Always love... ❤️ flying Southwest! See More

I never find flights from Albuquerque but my daughter flew in from Atlanta. They tossed her store bought food items and I cannot find the rules on that online. Otherwise it seems they were okay.

I would have rated it a 5 if it wasn't for the 45 minute delay waiting for the flight to come in from LAX. I haven't flown south west in quite a while and I forgot how fun the crew can be. I also like... the orderly and expedient way they load a plane. The flight definitely made up for the delay. See More

I flew out of ABQ yesterday, and was very distracted by the recent death of my Mom earlier in the week, so when I got to the baggage check in counter, I was having problems finding the boarding pass i...ssued. The counter service woman Marie was very helpful in finding it left in the machine I used to print the tag. Next few minutes, I hear my name and she caught up with me to return my mittens. She was so sweet, and so sympathetic when I forgot my mittens. I travel quite often to ABQ for family, and I'm usually on top of everything, but yesterday I wasn't in a traveling mood.
Marie made a difficult time better, and I usually get great service by Southwest Airlines. I recommend them.

SWA staff and crew in Albuquerque are very good. The Sunport in Albuquerque is looking its age. It hasn't been updated since the 1980s and it looks it. It is a tired facility. There are about six dead... gates reflecting the economic downturn the city has seen in the last 29 years. Very depressing. See More

Beautiful airport! We pretty much exclusively fly Southwest they're the best. Unless it's business or an emergancy. Always very accommodating and fruendly. We flew from Albuquerque to Huston for our c...onnection home to Fort Lauderdale. We had a bit of turbulence but you can't help that. See More

Love Southwest! ABQ waiting area needs more electrical outlets for passengers. It could use some updating. Sufficient areas to get drinks and snacks. Personnel were fine.

Iffy WiFi: please fix this! I’m sitting right by a repeater and can’t get a WiFi signal.

One flight was late but the pilots made up time in the air. I don't know how they did it but they are amazing. If you ever come across two flight attendants named Elias or Denise, they are super and very kind. Take time to meet those that assist you on in the air and show them your appreciation. Southwest ROCKS!!!! See More
