5starI arrived at the airport only to realize I had accidentally booked my return flight home on Sunday January 29 instead of... the 1st. My son has a medical condition and I had only brought enough medication for the duration of the trip. My flight home was sold out as was every other flight for yesterday but by the grace of God, the young lady at the Allegiant counter was able to us on flight to Cincy where we were able to rent a car and drive to the airport in Lexington, retrieve my truck and then drive home to Louisville . This lady went above and beyond, not only did she go above and beyond, but the gentleman working beside her stepped outside where I was to let me know that Florida had a law that if anyone runs out of medication due to travel issues, pharmacies in Florida would fill the necessary amount to make due. Fortunatel y I did not have to go that route, but at least it was an option I was aware of thanks to Allegiance . I have tried to find the direct number to St. Pete Allegiance counter to get the lady and gentleman' s name so I can send them something to show my gratitude, but cannot locate a direct number. If anyone knows the Allegiant employee's names, please send me a message as it would be greatly appreciate d. I can be reached at 5022694077 . I do know that the lady at some point lived in Lexington, KY.

1starHorrible service from all staff we ran into, we followed the signs in the lines that said if you already had a ticket an...d just needed to drop off a bag, apparentlywe read it wrong however (our fault) but the lady gave us attitude the whole time she was (helping)u s. Then gave me more attitude when I asked if I could escort them to the terminal because my girlfriend and our 3 year old son were flying so I wanted to help her with him, but apparently because Noone was in a wheelchair , I wasn't able to, then my girlfriend tells me the security line lady gave her attitude also. My girlfriend is a very shy person who gets anxiety a lot so I know she didn't give attitude back or any to condone the attitude from the person who is being paid to work there. You guys seriously need to work on your customer service skills. I understand the flights are cheaper but that is no excuse to be rude to your customers. See More
