We think of you every day! My boyfriend and I came in here for our Valentine's Day celebration February 18th 2015 and chef Hennessy had prepared some REAL refined dishes. What a fabulous food experience! Small groups sit in the Chef's kitchen watching him prepare his mystery creations from a list of ingredients he shows you. We enjoyed excellent food, drink, and conver...sation! Great atmosphere! Chef Evan is very talented and makes you feel very comfortable. Buzz would have been very impressed with his skills. No words to describe this almost 3 hour meal! We came for valentine's day, it was perfect. The food was out of this world, creative, beautiful, and delicious. Simply put, it's a symphonic dining experience at Stages with the flavors, textures, and artistic presentation.
Only quality products and ingredients are used, and the chefs treat them with the highes...t respect as they are prepared and developed.
The chefs work as a team, effortlessly preparing and creating the dishes with the utmost attention to detail. Watching them is both entertaining and relaxing. Everything is naturally orchestrated. There is no chaos.
The chefs are in their element, love what they do, and do it extremely well.
