Stefania is great at helping me not only learn workouts that I can do most anywhere at anytime, but she als...o has helped me in keeping a check on how to develop a lifestyle of eating healthy. Stef is an awesome trainer!! I have worked out with her for a little over a year while I lived in PCB and recently moved back to VA and hated leaving her. I always knew when I left a workout I had a...ccomplished another goal for that session. I have done her group and one-on-one training and have I always looked forward to working out with her. I absolutely love the results I get from training with Stef. Her workouts are personalized to your fitness level and she definitely encourages you to push past your comfort zone -- but in a good way. ...You can't see results if you do the same exercises over and over again and Stef's workouts are anything but routine. She keeps them challenging but fun. I would (and do) highly recommend her to anyone wanting to try a new approach on reaching their fitness goals. See More

Stef, I wanted to share my progress with you. Since you began training me about two years ago here is what I see daily. Today the scale read 235.6 lbs. When I met you it read 282.7 lbs. Your inspirati...on, knowledge, insight and motivation showed me that it was possible to loose weight and have fun doing it. Since the beginning I have run in 3 Mud Runs. The last was a Tough Mudder - 11.3 miles and 21 obstacles and I am looking forward to the next event. Thanks for the kick start, thanks for the continued motivation and thanks for caring. You make it easy to write this and when others ask me how I did what I did it is easy to tell then how it all started. I feel like a young man again. Being 55 this past February makes that one of the best outcomes of listening to your expertise.

If you haven't tried a session with Stef you are definatly missing out! She tailors every workout just for you. Stef encourages and challenges you just enough that you feel it the next day without too sore to move. You can't get the personalized care from your regular gym that you get from her. I went from HATING to work out to working out sometimes twice a day! Thank you Stef for helping me on my healthy journey. See More

Woke up on Friday with a sore throat and not feeling my best. My fist thought was "I do not have time to get sick let's kill this thing". This 4 awesome oils in a veggie capsule twice a day for the last few days have helped me stop in its tracks what ever I was getting. Love my oils.
