After years of back issues, I was recommended by Results PT to go buy shoes at Swags... What a difference, they have customer service, They sit with you, listen to your needs, professionals fitting sh...oes to your needs, not just selling shoes...

They had me try a few pairs and styles, then ordered me a pair of 10 4E Brooks walking shoes, They fit perfectly...After 1 day walking, I had eliminated almost all the normal pain I had experienced in the past. Could not walk an hour without serious pain, now I can go all day...

After two weeks, I went back and bought 2 more pairs of dress shoes for work, awesome arch support, feel like a young man again... Thanks to Swags!!!

They worked with me to find ...the right shoe for my needs that was comfortable and supportive. I highly recommend them! It’s amazing the difference the right shoe can make in your workout and how you feel after. See More

Made my first visit to Swag’s tonight. I like the place a lot. Shoes cost more than I’d normally spend, but the service was worth it. Thanks, Drew! Not to mention I was greeted at the door by a puppy dog!!!

Today I had my first Swag experience, I have never had a shoe buying experience like this EVER. First thing that happened when we walked in a young man named Evan dropped what he was doing asked what ...we were looking for, had me walk in a straight line 2 times as he watched how my weight transfers and what kind of support I needed while running. That in its own was very cool. He brought me 3 pairs to try had to go back a few times to find a size that worked for me. Didn't get impatient with me, as I was trying them on or should I say he was trying them on for me he unlaced and laced the shoe for me we were in and out in 20 minutes and it was nothing less than an awesome experience!! Highly recommended!!! Won't go anywhere else!!! See More

We took our 7 year old grandson to the Swag's East on Westport Road to get running shoes. The guy did a great job fitting him with shoes - they look great and I expect they'll do well as he runs Cros...s Country. Bonus: We found (non-running) shoes we want to get for ourselves as well. See More

Went to get new running shoes today... stopped by the 3rd street location, where every single pair of my running shoes has come from. When I walked in, there was an associate helping a couple, and ano...ther associate on the phone. My husband and I walked around for a bit...and another associate comes out from the back to tell us that someone will be with us shortly. He then sits down, out in the area by the hiking shoes, and eats his lunch. We wait around a bit longer...then realize, that this kind of service is not worth waiting around for. Very sad to leave a store that I've come to for years! Fleet Feet greeted me as soon as I walked in, and immediately addressed my needs. Running shoes are an investment, and something that needs to be replaced quite often for runners...if I wanted to be ignored in a store, I would have ordered online. See More

Just left the store and it was a fantastic experience! I've never been catered to before and it was really nice. I walked in, the salesman, Jay, asked me what I was looking for and I told him. He show...ed me to a seat and did all the work from there. I didn't even pick my own shoes out. I didn't have to. He was patient and friendly and was bound and determined to find me the perfect shoe and perfect fit for my short, wide, Barney Rubble feet. Lol. In addition to that, they knock 10% off of retail as a standard service. have just earned yourself another loyal customer! Thank you! See More

Just started doing walking marathons this year and decided to finally get an actual pair of shoes. Amanda sat me down and did all the work. I was in wrong type and size shoe. She explained how to la...ce correctly and also explained why it matters. I am a bigger woman and totally feel uncomfortable in stores like this (for athletes), I checked out a different shoe store before coming here, and right away I knew it was a mistake. I should have started here but I have ended here. I will never go anywhere else ! Amanda was so informative in everything I asked about, she even said what problems I could have before I mentioned I was. She helped with sports bra knowledge and also with protein items! Gave me a discount and even gave me a great pair of socks with No seams! :) Have never been treated so well when shopping! Thanks so much! See More

Can't say enough good about this business. I have ridiculously wide feet and they were just relentless in trying shoe after shoe after shoe. They finally sent me over to 3rd Street store where Swag hi...mself fit me. He found me a monster pair of 6E width shoes that fit like a glove. Knocked a bunch off the price and then told me to run in them for a week or two and if they arent comfortable to bring them back.

This is a company who earns their loyalty the old fashioned way. With hard work and caring more about the customer than the sale. They have absolutely earned my repeat business!

I can't say Thank You enough to Swag, I came in today with zero knowledge of running shoes (and apparently wearing the wrong size shoes) and he not only educated me about proper running shoes, but he... also worked with me to find shoes within my budget. I am very grateful that a friend referred me to swags, it was a wonderful experience! See More

We have shopped Swag's for several years for my wife's work shoes. She is an RN and requires oes that will allow her to work her job. She has plantar fasciitis and requires plenty of support in the so...led of her shoes to walk comfortably.
We have always been treated fairly by the staff. They are very knowledgeable to the shoes that work for her. There are always many selections to choose from.

Thanks Swag's!!!!

Can't say thank you enough!! I am notorious for getting large, sick-nasty blisters on the balls of my feet after only about a mile of activity whenever I wear tennis shoes. Came in here to get a bette...r fit and some preventative information--thinking that blisters were just something I'd have to always cope with. The guys working were quick to wait in me and helpful in finding the perfect fit. Turned out I had been wearing the wrong shoe size--trying to overcompensate in length what was uncomfortable in width. Recently tracked over 30 miles in a few days and not one blister or problem!! Thank you Lord, thank you Swags! See More

Over the years I have gotten used to a certain level of service from Swags - its the whole reason I kept going back - and it was MISSING from the Third Street location today.... I had gone to this loc...ation to pick up a pair of shoes that were being held for me. The person (I wish I had gotten his name) started ringing them up before I could try them on - I had to ask to please try them on. When I said oops... those are the wrong ones because I did not want the black ones he quickly corrected me and said they were Navy, then I asked if there was anything else similar to the ones I had on his response was, "we have a lot of shoes, there's plenty on the wall over there...." , picked a pair only because Swag himself came over and identified a pair for me, had to ask for help to put another show back because I could not reach, and then after asking for my size in the pair I wanted to try on he handed them to me and walked off.... I laced my own shoes and finally he came back to lace the other one.... tried them on and didn't like them, handed him back the shoes and when I said I don't think I want to get this kind... he goes OK and walked off with the shoes to continue talking with coworkers.... I walked out and will never return to that location... thankfully the guys on Westport (all four of them) helped me and got me on my way - Westport was a true example of customer service and is the only reason I am still a Swags customer.... I was in the South store today, and was helped buy very polite, knowledgeable staff! I am new to running, and I wasn't sure what support I needed, so they evaluated my walk to see what support I would... need in my running shoe. I tried on a variety of shoes. They wanted to make sure I knew all of my options. I ended up choosing a great pair of shoes at a wonderful price! I highly recommend everyone go to this place for all sport shoes! These people really know their stuff, and they want to find that perfect shoe to fit your needs! I just got back from my first run in my new shoes... Wow what a difference a great show can make!! Austin at the Westport store helped us today picking out the perfect shoe! He listened to our concerns and explained why the shoe we already had wasn't working correctly! He was patient during the ent...ire process and assured me of what options would be if it wasn't quite right. Thank you so much - excited for the beginning of cross country season!
