As an Indian food aficionado, I have been extremely pleased with all aspects of their buffet, quality of ingredients, preparation, taste, and consistency, Their pakoras are tasty and not too laden wi...th flour so that one can actually taste the vegetable... perfectly fried to a crisp, light consistency. The palak is awesome with a hint of smokiness that makes it to die for. The curries are delicate and not overstated, the vegetable dishes well seasoned and not overcooked, and the tandoori is perfectly cooked with a hint of charring. .. fabulous. I especially love to mix raita with mint chutney and use as a dipping sauce for everything... need I say theirs is perfectly prepared? The one change I would like to see is to have fresh nan and/or papadams brought to the table instead of being served on the buffet for the price. Also, being from Biloxi I wish they were closer or would consider opening a restaurant here or in Mobile, which is closer. See More

Really good food. The buffet is very well rounded and a great value. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly. I am not sure why we don’t go more often.

I would come here more often but my family is not into the seasonings used here. I find the food well seasoned and cooked well. I guess having a friend's mom cooking some of the best Indian food I hav...e ever had growing up can expand your taste buds. See More

I cannot believe I have never rated this place yet. This has been one of my absolute favorite restaurants since I was my daughter's age, and now it is also one of her favorite restaurants. The food ...is like the best home cooked Indian food and the service is the friendliest around. I will admit to being a bit of a food snob. Taj Mahal never disappoints! See More

I thought the food delicious and the server top notch. I'm heading back this weekend with my daughter. I'd given her my leftovers (I always overorder) and she texted saying, "Ma, this food is rolling.... Let's go for lunch this weekend, My treat." See More

This place is fantastic, and I try to take my family here at least once a month. The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is very hospitable, and the ladies and gentlemen working always offer IMPECCAB...LE service and treat our baby daughter (now 18 months) wonderfully! We love the Taj Mahal, and hope to be back again very very soon! THANK YOU! See More

Vindaloo is known as a staple of curry house and Indian restaurant menus, and is often regarded as a fiery, spicy dish, even though it is not necessarily the spiciest dish available.

Try our enticing Lamb Vindaloo - pictured here - or get it with Chicken, Fish, or Vegetables.

Don't forget dessert!

Indian desserts, like the curries and tandoori dishes, are unique in themselves. They are labor intensive, yet well worth the effort.

Our Gulab Jamun - handmade golden brown milk balls, bathed in a rose syrup - is an enjoyable end to any meal.

Pakoras are often served with chai to guests arriving to attend Indian wedding ceremonies, but you don't have to wait for a special occasion to try this popular Indian snack. They are a perfect start to your meal, especially when paired with our delicious tamarind chutney.
