Come one, come all and hear told the tale of a fine Friday adventure.
The Aruba awaits with respite, to abait, the strain of a week's served indenture.
Many friends of many ilk, in cotton or silk, dehydrated, relieved from a quencher.
So dash to the lounge, where awesome abounds. I regret choosing to rhyme adventure
Aruba Aruba, at last the Aruba,
The night for which we all waited.
Finally it's here, a reason for cheer, As our thirst will soon be abated.
By all means come early and sta.y out too late,
Awesome and adventure is fated. ...
Neon lights they shine bright, the ladies outta sight,
The alternatives, so overrated
At last it's here, it's time to cheer, Friday once again.
It's beer, it's beer, it's time for beer, a drink with all your friends.
It's been too long that you've been gone, away from all of them.
But they are loyal, they are true and they'd wait until the end.
So get off your ass, buy a drink for a lass, it's time for a weekend bend! ... er
Attention at once, I've stupendous news, wake up, wake up and eschew pushing snooze.
The time 's here once again for your inhibitions to lose,
Hunter waits at the Aruba, liberally pouring the booze.
At 8 o'clock sharp boredom turns to the blues,
For those who miss the Thunderbird, the greatest party one could choose....
The cool cats will come, one by one or by twos.
Consider not another dance all, for it's surely a ruse.
And if you are absent, by the fates so abused,
Next time plan ahead, and from lesser obligations be recused.
Friday night, Thunderbird night.
All the drinks, mixed just right.
Heathen or virgin, come and get wild,
Bourbon or beer, wings cooked hot or mild.
Dancing and awesome for weeks, ...
Come and get yourself a piece.
Down at Aruba Good times call,
Hunter waits with alcohol.
Bravely pouring beer and booze,
Delicious libations for you to choose.
Ho ho ho! Who wouldn't go? ...
Ho ho ho! Who wouldn't go?
Swing and beer and shots again,
Down to the Aruba with all your friends.
The air tonight is crisp and cold,
The party at the Aruba is brave and bold.
Cats so cool they break the mold,
Drinks so fine in a flash they're sold.
The funniest jokes ever been told, ...
So come on down and join the fold.
Huzzah, huzzah, Friday night is now here.
A fine night for dance, and drinking of beer.
Time to play beer pong, and win without fear.
Find a few enemies, then kick their rear.
Talk to much to someone, lending an ear....
The Aruba holds friends, liquor and cheer.
The time to get awesome, it's finally near.
Its Friday night so they all scream hurray, so here I come to save the day mixing fine drinks, keeping sobriety at bay. Ordering pitchers for the pong that's surely in play. Buy a shot for the girl in the too short skirt. Buy a shot for the boy in the too tight shirt. Then have few dances or slide off and flirt. Its Vegas and Aruba, a little sin never hurts.
Poetry of swing dancing,
Poetry of song,
Poetry of romancing,
Poetry of Beer Pong.
Poetry of cheap drinks,...
Delicious and strong,
Poetry of friends,
To true to be wrong.
Poetry of Pints,
Poetry of thongs.
Poetry of of good times,
At the Aruba all night long.
It is Twilight on Friday and here right on cue, is an invitation from the Aruba sent directly to you. Tonight there's a party and all but a few, will there be making merry, enjoying a brew.
The libations and dancing will your soul embue, a light-hearted frivolity without which you'd rue, an opportunity missed for adventure with the crew, with no equitable excitement to experience in lieu.
If absence you will be mourned and lamented it is true, so come play some beer pong and drink in the view.
