This organization is a scam. As a new business owner they approach you to pay into their organization and if you don't then no matter how responsive you are when you get communication from them or ho...w you respond if you have not paid then you seem to get a low rating. As a consumer if you make a complaint against an organization that has paid to be an "accredited" member they immediately auto close it and file as "informational only". Does it make sense that A+ accredited businesses with BBB are 1 star on Yelp? BBB is no longer what I would consider a trustworthy organization--at least not the Houston branch. There are many other reviews in regards to this particular branch closing complaints without full investigation. Remember people this is a non profit rating organization whose obligation clearly is to it's paying members and not the public. Google, yelp or any other review site that does not charge for the rating of their organizational members or any other site that holds itself out as an organization that will investigate your complaint and then actually does (instead of closing it in 4 hours without a response from the company) is likely a more trustworthy source. Your company is just as bad if not worse than the companies you represent. I know how you work because one of my past employers was a member. All they have to do is pay you and you will side with them.... You are not out to help the consumer and you all should be ashamed of yourselves See More

This is one of the worst Better Business Bureau companies that I ever had to contact. It seems like they are paid to close the complaints very quickly instead of waiting for a resolution. This locatio...n definitely needs new ownership and to be investigated. See More

How can a Business, (Conn's Home Plus), get an A+ Rating with 85% Negative Reviews and only 31 Positive Reviews? - Out of 2144 Total Complaints...

I don’t know how I can be any clearer -STOP F-ING CALLING!!!! We are interested in anything your selling!!! Your people keep saying “we added a note to your number and you won’t get anymore calls” yet... every month here domes another voicemail. I made a complaint about a local company which has 3 previous BBB complaints - Insulation4less - specifically Johnathan Barber. BBB has since responded that they couldn't process my complaint because... I called him an idiot. Costumer reviews are very important and therefore I'm placing my review here for everyone to see.
