Good but not great. I love the products The Green Edge sell and the prices are very reasonable. It's hard finding good vegan/vegetarian food alternatives and th...e products stocked at Woolworths/Coles are overpriced and not as nice.

I am however very disappointed with the online customer service and shipping system. Twice I have purchased online as I don't live locally and it's more convenient to use the online service. On the website it states they usually ship within 2 working days unless an item is out of stock which they will then contact the buyer to inform them. The first time I purchased I had no dramas and they arrived super quick. The last two times however I haven't had the best experience. The second time I ordered took 2 weeks and 2 follow up emails until my order was shipped. One of the owners were kind enough to personally deliver the order as there had been a mix up with the courier and I would have had to wait until the following week. I was disappointed it had taken 2 weeks but happy that they had made an effort to make amends and resolve the issue.

I thought I would give it another shot third time lucky however this time once again it's been almost 2 weeks and I've only just received an email to inform me my order has been shipped. I sent an online enquiry and followed it up a few days later with a post on the Facebook page last week following up with why my order hadn't been posted yet and received no response.

I won't be purchasing online again as I would prefer to drive 1 hour to pick up my groceries than have to wait 2 weeks for them to be delivered. I would love to give 5 stars however due to the customer service it unfortunately brings it down to 3. I hope this feedback helps. عرض المزيد

Menu choice excellent, we had the pesto chicken and sun dried tomato risotto and a toasted mushroom cheese and pesto sandwich with salt n pepper deep fried tofu... to share and gingerbread chai frappe to share. The risotto took approx 7 - 10 mins longer than the sandwich but the staff were apologetic immediately informing us it would be a wait and we were served complimentary hot chips. The risotto was third degree burn hot so I suspect had been microwaved which I hate. However many restaurants use them and I didn't request otherwise so....
The food was incredibly good and very generous portions. The only let down was the air con which wasn't coping with the extreme heat. Will def be back soon !! عرض المزيد

The new owners of the Green Edge are amazing. They have turned what was a good business into a great business and is really realising the potential of the place.... Had the joy of eating here on Tuesday on our trip to Australia ( we live in England) My son is currently living in Brisbane who like me, is vegan. Wow, just wow.... The special burger I had was sensational and the groceries in your shop were unbelievable. I cannot fault this place - the energy, the lovely staff, the out-of-this-world food and the absolutely massive variety of vegan groceries.

We have always had ...5 star food and service every single time we have visited Green Edge. It's the one place we get super excited about going to.

First time being back since the change over of new owners, and holy moly has it improved! The shop has so many items you would usually have to source yourself f...rom online and it's completely packed! I now have the satisfaction of going to a vegan grocery store and buying the products I want whenever I need and knowing they will have adequate stock! Congratulations to the new owners, you're both doing an amazing job. Friends took me to dinner here last night - and it was so good that I went back this morning for breakfast! The food is DELICIOUS, with very generously sized se...rvings. I had the curry puffs (wrapped in the flakiest, most "buttery" pastry) and pesto fettuccine (cooked perfectly - about to have the leftovers now!). Breakfast was equally as satisfying, and their grocery selection is unlike anything I've seen in Australia. WAY cheaper than Mrs F's. What really made it for me though was the staff. The owner is so friendly and helpful, and it's obvious he loves the business. Both my fiancé and I can't wait to go back. عرض المزيد

Had lunch today. Burger, carbonara, salt & pepper tofu, sticky date pudding with caramel sauce and a salted caramel mylk shake. Great food, lovely friendly service and heaps of food choices. Fresh and delicious. Excellent range in the Vegan Store too.

Dropped in for an afternoon smoothie with my non-vegan husband. Staff are friendly & helpful, smoothies are delicious. Such a wonderful change to go somewhere v...egan where I have the option NOT to have coconut in my food! Extra bonus points for the lovely staff for not giving me the death stare because I don't do coconut!

Such friendly and informative staff, wonderful service. I'm amazed at the range of plant based products; more than I've seen anywhere else in Brisbane! Made the lengthy drive well worth, and no doubt I will be making it again. Please expand to the Southside!!!

I went there for the first time yesterday for lunch with my best friend - I had the Aztec burger with chips - it was AMAZING! My best friend had the mushroom fe...ttuccini - he LOVED it! We can't believe we have found the best food and coffee in Brisbane! And its vegan! It's a 40 min drive but sooooo worth it. The staff and management are excellent. Thank you green edge for helping us to stay healthy .

Fabulous staff who are friendly and helpful without hovering.
An amazing assortment of many hard-to-find vegan specialty items and a scrumptious Big Breakfast.

I recently enjoyed The Green Edge's pulled jackfruit burger and vegan pecan pie. Both were great. There menu looked really good as did the raw deserts in the cabinet so will definitely come back to try some of their other things.
